Loredana and Igor are all about Carona, hospitality, and friendship. Carona is a delightfully untouristy gorgeous 1920's hydroelectric village not far below the tree line on the Brembo River. Hikeable and bikeable trails lead to lakes and open spaces and refugios with wonderful restaurants. She and igor took time to give us a personal tour through the village and the Brembo valley and shared their vision for the place. The real deal run by real people who are passionate about their hometown, perfect alternative to B&B's with absentee owners who leave the key under the mat.
