19 reviewsWe stayed here last night as we had a flight early this morning we arrived at 5pm and was greeted by Luca he was very helpful and friendly giving us directions and helping us get from Venice to his lagoon house! When we arrived he booked us a taxi to airport he did offer to take us but couldn’t do the time we needed so went out of his way to book our taxi! The room was clean! And beds was comfy! I couldn’t thank Luca enough! It was lovely stay! And would recommend to anyone airport was 5mims away In car! You do share toilets but they was always clean! Thank you Luca ! From wales

In accordance with the Institutional Regulations and the rules governing the fee for access, with or without a shuttle service, in Venice and the small islands of the Venetian Lagoon, an additional fee is charged to day-trippers who do not stay overnight and plan to visit the historic city centre from Friday to Sunday or on public holidays, from 08:30 AM to 04:00 PM. The fee will be from EUR 5.00 to 10.00 per day, depending on the date of booking. After payment, tourists must have a confirmation. Exempt from this fee are children under 14; residents of Venice and the Veneto region; people working or studying in Venice. Guests staying overnight are also exempt from this fee and must pay the city tax at the accommodation facilities. A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel.
