Bed Breakfast Al Duomo

We enjoyed our visit to Alghero and B&B Al Duomo was the perfect place to stay during the last weekend of August. We caught the bus from the Alghero airport to a stop near the B&B. Al Duomo B&B was very easy to find as it is on the main road across from the beach near the roundabout and is an easy walk into Old Town. Our room was simple and nice, it was perfect for a long weekend vacation. Our host Rita was lovely. She was so nice & friendly and would suggest places to eat or places to visit. Every morning our host set up a delicious good quality breakfast on the patio over looking beach. It was a great way to start our morning! During our visit we rented mountain bikes between Old Town the B&B. We mountain biked some nice trails in Porto Conte National Park and we biked all the way to Neptune's Grotto. In the evening we'd grab a bottle of wine and some cheese from the local nearby store and we'd watch the breath taking sunsets from B&B Al Duomo patio. The second day we were on a boat from morning until evening cruising along the coast line and we spent the afternoon snorkeling in crystal clear water. Our last day we took it easy strolling through Old Town and chilling on the city wall. We loved our visit to Alghero and B&B Al Duomo was the perfect place to stay :-)
