We stayed for one night in a clean pleasant family room for 4 people on Saturday, October 7th 2023.Parking was easy behind the hotel. The entrance on a big plaza itself is not accessible by car.Due to the circumstances after the attacks from Gaza we were extremely grateful for the help of the hotel manager who was competent, calm, friendly and reliable and helped us in many aspects. He showed us different possibilities to get into a shelter during the rocket attacks and stayed calm. We felt very safe in his hotel. He stayed all night as the night shift could not arrive in this special situation. We could always reach him, even at 7 a.m. he opened the gate for us to leave with our rental car. We wish there were more places with managers so highly committed and in charge. If we ever come back to Tel Aviv this will be the place to go! Best wishes, Nicola
