We had such a great time at the kibbutz. Coming over on Friday, we quickly got our apartment for the night, tidy, simple, hot water are great, all the essential stuff is there. We had time to go to the heated sweeming pool just before the Shabbat evening dinner. For those of you who are new in kibbutz life, this is an experience by itself. People are kind and welcoming, the food is fresh and varied enough to meet everyones taste, and dishes were full... Morning time, the archaeological museum was just nearby, the view of the Golan heights is stunning, and the kids loved the petting experience in the local animal garden. All together, that was an unforgettable weekend. Thanks Shaar Hagolan People, you have a great place to offer!!
