Rosleague Manor Hotel

I loved everything about my stay at the Rosleague Manor hotel. From the moment I arrived I knew I would love it, parked right outside the door and walked up to the crystal door knob, real or fake, who cares. From the small things to the big things the whole experience was soul fulfilling. I booked a solo break to escape the madness and calm the mind, and that it did. There are no screens downstairs, so refreshing, the noise of life and people and nature are all around you. The staff are unobtrusive and so nice and helpful. The guest information booklet is so well thought out, even including the owners mobile number should Something go wrong in the night. This simple touch is so indicative of the place, thoughtful, personal touches. The food is AMAZING. I didn’t even have cooked breakfast as the bread, homemade and homegrown selection on the breakfast table was so wholesome and fulfilling. Stewed rhubarb, I would never usually go for, was beautiful. Coffee served in a pot. Window seat with a garden view. 5 course dinner menu to choose from in the ornate dining room each evening. Renvyle or Glasilaun beaches are close and during summer months there are food trucks down the road at the 12 pins car park. On the grounds of the hotel there are Walks to the shoreline or to see the pigs, which has made me question meat eating !! Walks through the forest. The bed was so comfy. The sounds of the place so comforting and a true step back from life’s fast pace. This is a true self care package if that is what you are looking for. It is rustic, flawed, fulfilling and soul soothing. I hope to come back again soon. I loved it. I recommend sea view rooms
