Lemongrove House

Last July I stayed at Lemongrove House; having had a wonderful experience there before on two occasions, I did ponder if it would be as good as I recalled. I was NOT disappointed; it was even BETTER! Not being a car driver, Mark kindly met us at the station and brought us up to Lemongrove. Our rooms - we were three - were spacious, comfortable and had everything that one could wish for. We were given a cup of tea and some home made scones on arrival that Jacqui had just made and we had them outside in the delightful grounds of Lemon Grove. We were recommended a good restaurant for dinner and again Jacqui gave drove us there herself. The beds were comfortable and the room cool during that glorious hot spell of weather that we had in Ireland this summer. Breakfast was excellent and there was a diverse choice; full Irish or salmon and scrambled eggs or fruit, yogart etc for the more health conscious. I cannot praise this B&B enough - Mark & Jacqui could not have been more helpful and the place is SPOTLESS. Also their prices are terribly reasonable for the high standard given in this B&B which is more like a 4 **** Hotel - except more homely. I would highly recommend to all and sundry if you are heading down Wexford way and I and my friends will most certainly be staying in Lemongrove House again. Sincerest thanks to Mark and Jacqui for going the extra mile to make one's stay so very enjoyable. Well Done; you deserve all the good reviews given!!
