Cozyliving Homestay

I had the opportunity to first stay here in July 2018. The plus points are each room has an attached bathroom with hot shower, tv, air con and writing table with chair/cupboard. The non plus point is one needs to pay for electricity used in one's room. The homestay has spacious spaces like the living room, dinning room and open air garden with much greeneries. The environment is truly cozy and cleanliness acceptable but could be improved. There is a kitchen with basic cooking utensils, stove and a refrigerator. However, one needs to get one's own supplies of cooking ingredients. This place is like an international community where one could meet occupants from various countries. Parking lots available though limited. Security guard at night is available and supervisor is friendly and helpful. Complimentary daily cleaning of one's room plus laundry is provided. I returned to stay here again this month with a change of maids. Cleanliness has improved and hopefully more to come. I enjoyed staying here as I could cook or relax at the living rooms (one downstairs and one upstairs). I could do my own laundry as the clothes drying area is next to my room. The homestay is easily accessible to lots of nice eateries, big shopping malls, mini markets n atm. Wifi connection is good and dispenser for hot and cold water is available. Lots of privacies and a safe place to stay for work and leisure
