We had a wonderful time at this hotel. There are so many positives. Firstly, the hotel eels spacious as there is so much lush greenery to walk through and enjoy. The staff are fantastic, everyone is warm, friendly and helpful. Breakfast is decent and varied enough. The pool with the pool bar is great. The hotel's location is superb, right on the beachfront. Sanur is just heaven as a resort. Deluxe rooms were nice and big, with an extremely comfy bed. Room a little dark though.... Few small negstives. Adult pool for the deluxe hotel is not enticing. Loungers are in the shade by a wall.. There was also a banking presentation one of the days which took over the outside seating area and was very loud. It could easily have been held in an inside area. It was clearly a money making exercise, but it impacted negatively on people staying at the hotel. If you were onoy at the hotel for a few days, it would have been annoying. Despite this, I would definitely come back.
