The staff at this hotel are very friendly and helpful. They made our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The room was cozy with a balcony, clean and well maintained. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities were good. The extra child bed was also a plus. The location is perfect - close to the city center and tourist attractions. The hotel has very nice facilities and is very comfortable, especially for a staycation with kids. Starting from the kids club with cinema on Friday till Sunday, complete game rides so we don't have to leave the hotel to find a theme park. Breakfast is not bad, addition for Room Service if there is a kids menu would be better. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Starting from the GM Mrs. Agnes Mahartika who led the way, to Mr. Josep who welcomed and bid farewell, Adel (Reception), Yuniati (on outbound rides), Hermin (Restaurant), Bagus (Security), Norita and Affilia (Greeter), Fandi, Mrs. Agnes NIken, Sutikno and Prino (Mini Zoo). They are very enthusiastic in helping guests. Special credit to the Room Attendant team that I can't mention by name, who had decorated the bedroom with my son's 5th birthday theme, my son was so happy that he didn't want to check out of the room :). The hotel is beautiful and the decor is modern and stylish. We had a great stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you very much for the hospitality!
