Globe Trotting Holidays Inn

It was a sudden plan for me and my partner to make a short trip to wayanad around12-15 August. we checked everywhere and almost all the resorts/ hotels were booked due to long weekend. I came across this home stay after a bit of research and found the location very peaceful. It is located in Vythiri which is a small village 30-40 minutes away from nearby city Kalpetta. We were still skeptical till we reached Vythiri bus stand(KSRTC) and called them. The caretakers/owners/staff were very friendly and they offered us free pick n drop!After reaching the booked room, we were very happy to see that they gave us the same room as promised. The room was huge with big windows & clean bathroom. we stayed there for 1 day and complimentary breakfast was provided on the day of arrival. They even arranged a Chevrolet Tavera on request for sight seeing. Rates were pretty much fixed, though we couldn't visit all the places due to rain and time shortage. Experience of room was amazing. The cloud capped mountain view were the real attraction of the room. It was really peaceful and staffs were very polite. They served us tea multiple times on demand and even cooked delicious dinner at night. Overall it was a very good experience and was worth the money. I would recommend this to people who are really looking for a peaceful retreat with their loved one. PS- i will upload the pics soon.
