We booked hotel from Oyo app and we checked in on dated 22nd June at 11.00 pm and checked out 23rd June at 12 noon.

Worst hotel on Oyo..Some points mentioned below-
1. Linen was dirty when we reported after   1 hour they change my room..
2. No to well.
3.Shower not working.
4. All bathroom fixtures rusted.
5.No Oyo bathroom aminities, only one small nirma soap given in room.
6.seapege smell in room.
7.Breakfast issue...When we book breakfast from Oyo then hotel said breakfast available at 11.00 am and only poha nad jalebi..

Overall very poor hotel..

Worst hotel 

I booked this hotel on 23rd Feb 2019 through OYO. Had the worst experience. Staff was rude. Doesn't care. Noisy rooms. Bathroom will make anyone vomit. Food quality was pathetic. They threw me out when i reviewed them on OYO.

Charged high during sinhasth, understandable, but at least basic amenities like ac should have been functional.
When asked to get it sorted ,  they asked me to cooperate!
And when pressed further,  they told me to check out in spite of booking for 2 days.

The bathroom door was tight, took my dad almost an hour to get out.... 
Their solution... don't lock the bathroom door
 
V close to railway station, so lot of train traffic can be heard

Cheaters in holy city

My travel to Ujjain had been this time with my family which includes my Sr. Citizen Parents. Experience of service was terrible. Despite that my bookings were made two months in advance, my family who reached at hotel early morning were initially asked to move to the other property located somewhere near to Mahakaleshwar Temple, stating that they have booked complete Hotel Sundaram Palace Hotel property for marriage. Finally they convinced them to move to other property named as Hotel Shivam Palace located near to Hari Phatak whereby we came across a terrible customer service from the Hotel Staff and other people. I personally reached in the afternoon and my train from Delhi to Ujjain was late by 2 hrs so I was bit desperate to get fresh and have my shower. 

When my family agreed after checking out rooms at this hotel, hotel staff and owners convinced them to transfer them with proper hospitality to this hotel and finally when they were getting transferred to this Hotel Shivam, the member of 4 were asked to board 3 seater auto-rickshaw along with luggage. What a hospitality extended from their side when we reached to check-in into this hotel, we were asked to stay back at reception for an hour stating the rooms are getting cleaned. 

Further request for Breakfast serving was requested one month well in advance with some charges since I was travelling with my parents whereby they were diabetic whereby the person who picked up the call stated it would be served complimentary without any charges and we need to worry about the same. When we checked-in at the hotel we were simply refused for the same. Hotel didnt even provided us with bottle's of drinking water stating that they dont serve bottled water inside the room. Also since the booking have been made through Cleartrip, they provide heavy discounts to Cleartrip due to which they are not comfortable in providing with the water.

Taste of Food provided here is worst! We ordered only once and we were not at alll happy with the taste. Location though is quiet near to Mahakaleshwar Temple is bit polluted. 

Thus though the rooms interiors are cool, service from the Hotel would let one down in terms of positive feedback. This feedback is purely based for both the hotels "Sundaram Palace" as well as "Shivam Palace"
