Stayed at this hotel for a night. Chose this hotel based on proximity as we had to be at the temple by 4am. Overall hotel is clean and with good staff. Only disappointment was had to leave the hotel without breakfast though breakfast was included in our rate only because their breakfast starts only by 8am. When asked at 7.15 am no attempt was done. They could have at least served us cup of coffee.

Decent stay

Terrible. Not as published, 1-2 starts maximum All the night there was the noise of the air condition engines, bad smell was all the time in the room, Breakfast we poor, not suitable for Western tourists

I stayed here with my family and had a very bad experience.someone should teach the Front office team about what is 'HOSPITALITY'.They even not look at the Guests face while they are speaking and they were always blaiming other departments for their fault. The rooms were good and clean. Will not recommend to others.

Pathetic Hospitality

Had stayed here for a night to visit Guruvayoor temple.Booked this hotel via Agoda. Good thing about hotel is Size of the room very spacious, clean with decent ventilation.Hotel 1 Km away from the temple,
Check in was super fast that to in midnight,😲😲 I heartfully appreciate the front office staff for their co-operation and Courteous behaviour.They provided late check out by going out of the way. Overall this Property is paisa Vasool,
I strongly recommend this Hotel.

Decent Hotel

Had stayed here for a night when we planned to visit Guruvayoor temple. We booked this hotel when there was a good deal at Agoda. Good thing about hotel is that the room we got was spacious, clean with decent ventilation. Though hotel is one Km away from the temple, because of the good room we felt ok. But good things often gets thrashed easily by not so good things  which in this case is service. We could not get a good service from the hotel during our stay. We felt that attitude of even front office staff is like if you want you stay or look your way... Exactly 10 minutes after check out time, power went off and even after informing reception power didn’t resumed. Not sure if the power was deliberately switched off. Coming to food, there is restaurant at the ground floor but limited menu for veg was less and the taste is also average. There was complimentary breakfast next morning but we never had such a   limited breakfast option anywhere till now. Overall it was a good property but lot of improvement needed in service right from front office staff... 

Good Hotel with Poor Service

The hotel management has cheated me by charging extra payment in excess of what has been shown while booking online.   I stayed during the period 2.9.2019 to 3.9.2019. The room given to me was a smoking zone, where bad smell of cigars was emanating and a huge ashtray was kept in front of the elevator.   No complementary breakfast was provided.  On asking, it was replied that on Tuesday there is no complementary breakfast.    Room given to me was facing the road and loud noise of vehicles were always there.  I will not suggest anyone to stay at this hotel, who cheats public.

THEY TRY EVERY METHOD TO GET MONEY FROM YOU.....they will try every method to fool you.... They will inform there would be complimentary breakfast and would charge you etc.....please be smart avoid this place

SKIP THE HOTEL-BIG FRAUDS

This property has the hall in the top floor for marriage function.
The ambiance is not OK.  Has broken false ceiling.

The service also no so good.  You have to have external service for doing the other catering service.

Hall for Marriage

Location very ideal, gud restaurant BAMBOO LEAF within the hotel, gud food at reasonable prices. Room size ideal. Design not very apt in some rooms, water and air quanlity literally stinks. There is bad odour in the water. Free breakfast buffet not upto the mark. Very slow and confused staff. took 1 hour and 2 follow ups to get a glass of milk at the room for the kid. Housekeeping not available post 6pm,which is weird. WiFi doesn't work though available. We had 3 rooms booked, They made us wait giving false promises of giving room on the same floor till evening and eventually gave on a diff floor. Gud we took 2 rooms earlier that we could atleast change. They will keep giving false assurances of the room getting ready, when actually the guest is still in the room. Hall can accommodate about 250 PPL max which itself gets crampy  but very poor quality. It's very shabby and dining space has air conditioner but they don't work or they r not enough. Dining gets very hot.overall too much dissatisfaction than kudos.. 

Avg stay, expected better experience from the posted pics

The location is walking distance from Mammiyur Mahadeva Temple. The large parking area is a huge advantage. The rooms are quite well appointed and well maintained. The staff at the reception, especially Ms. Anila are top class. House keeping needs a bit of improvement. Searching for remotes of TV and AC and seeking it from the housekeeping/reception that too with multiple requests is not nice. So is the management of the kitchenettes. Cannot write about the restaurant or coffee shop since did not use them.
