My stay at Naaz Kashmir was a memorable one. The ambience, services and the food were amazing. The cherry on the top was the sun deck. Taniya from the team was an excellent member who guided us in every step. If you want to feel the atmosphere of a house boat...stay here and don't think twice .

Excellent and the best houseboat with awesome service. Shelly come and experience the best. The staff is very cooperative and always up for any thing if you want. The scenic view from here is also very awesome. The room is peacefully and serene.

Fantastic experience of the Naaz Houseboats. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was commendable. The particular thing about Irfan (Manager) is he will never say NO to requests and would go out of the way to service the same. He helped us organize the Anniversary Cake. Chacha was fantastic in laying the table and serving us food and meeting all our requests. We enjoyed 2 nights and 3 days at the Houseboat. Loved the overall experience. Would definitely recommend the Houseboat to others if they are exploring Nagin Lake in Srinagar. 

Stay at house boat (Naaz) was my first and Truly an once in a lifetime experience, the work of art on wood is very rich and stunning and gives us the feel of royalty. The Nigeen lake environment is very serene and quiet unlike Dal Lake, the sunset on the deck is a must. Food was tasty and home made, the staff are friendly. The toilets attached to bedrooms are very clean and spacious. The boat manager Irfan is very hospitable. It's a VFM, and will not regret your decision for a stay at Naaz.

We stayed at Naaz kashmir houseboat in Srinagar(Nigeen Lake)for one night. Very neat n clean rooms and washrooms. The boat gives you very good feel of Kashmiri wood work. The view from the boat’s room is superb as there is no adjacent boat to it and also being on Nigeen lake it is calm.
The best part is the deck of the boat! Where you can have your meals, read book or just relax with beautiful view surrounded by lotus flowers, ducks, birds.Tanya, Abbas bhai and chacha on the boat took care of everything to make our stay comfortable.

Wonderful houseboat with excellent service. Rooms were comfortable and the staff were responsive and willing to help. Food was fresh, tasty and very good. They were willing to modify the cuisine as per our requirements. A pleasure to be there. 

I booked directly through the hotel staff miss Taniya.. she was very helpful from day one of enquiry till v checked out..,  the moment v reached , v wer picked up by the staff who got us settled comfortably. The boathouse is very clean with a beautiful view. The boathouse is perfectly located to give a perfect view of kashmir s beauty! 
Staff are very friendly and made our stay comfortable . I had 18 months twins with me and d staff provided us with all d extra help. Food at naaz kashmir house boat is amazing.. 
A lot of small things add up to make a hotel stay comfortable and naaz kashmir has it all

Lovely Experience of the Houseboat at the Nagin Lake.

Serene and royal stay

We stayed on this houseboat for 1 night. It was well maintained inside. Located in a peaceful place away from other congested areas. Staff was very friendly. Room and washroom were clean. Food was tasty too. It has air heater also available which can be used in cold weather. Overall a nice experience to get.

Nice cozy experience

Beautiful houseboat with exquisite kashmiri wood work.  Deck was absolutely charming place to enjoy panoramic view of Nigeen Lake and sunsets. 
 Irfaan and staff were amazing. They took care of all the needs to make our stay comfortable. Meals were tasty and served hot. Had opportunity to experience Wazwan on the deck. 
The owner, Feroz, went extra mile to make our special day more memorable by organising cake & candlelight dinner on deck for us.

Naaz at Nigeen Lake

Houseboat stay at Naaz kashmir, Srinagar

Perfect place to enjoy the lake

Houseboat is located at excelllent place in Nigen lake. No houseboat on right side of the boat so location is perfect.Boat is accessible from the road but they still send a Shikara to receive you from the ghat which will take 3 to 4 minutes to reach once you sit. 5 rooms were their in houseboat which are almost similar just embroidery will change according to your choice. Roof top is also accessible which is having a picturesque view and you can enjoy late evening tea, dinner or breakfast as you wish they will be happily arrange it.  In dinner you may have to face mosquitoes so please keep that in mind. Food taste wise is excelllent although its not as per the buffet menu which they have kept in rooms which includes soup and choices of curries etc. No choice was asked but i didnt mind as whatever they cooked was nice in taste. So you can ask beforehand if you are bit choosy with vegetables. Dinner was not included in my booking as i have taken a continental plan from mmt, Houseboat charged around 600/- for veg dinner and 700/-  for non veg per pax. In complimentry breakfast also taste was good but options were limited to paratha, poha, omleete, bread butter.  They are ready to take special requests and more than happy to help as they customised one curry as non spicy for my kid. I even booked my shikara ride in Nigen lake from them which they arranged in 1500 for 2 hours.  So overall its a pleasent and hassle free experince for me you can go ahead with the booking.

The best decision we made during our visit to J & K was to book The Naaz Houseboat at Srinagar. The boat was damn beautiful and the people attending us on the boat were super warm. We also celebrated two bdays on the houseboat, that was a super experience too. Special mention to Mr Feroz & Mr Rafique who guided us throughout our stay on the houseboat. Next time I will ever visit Srinagar this is going to be my home again.

Home away from home

After browsing through reviews for more than 50 houseboats, we settled on Naaz because we loved the traditional yet modern chic interiors, bathrooms and the Negeen Lake setting. What we experienced during our stay surpassed our expectations considerably. The houseboat is gorgeous - the furniture and woodwork exquisite. The bathrooms are clean and modern. But the care, kindness and endearing hospitality shown by the staff made the visit an experience of a lifetime. Lateef bhai and Rehman bhai promptly catered to every request. I would urge visitors to try all the amazingly delicious Kashmiri food made by the houseboat chef - we liked his food even better than what we ate at Ahdoos - high praise! And if you are considering trips in and around Srinagar, Imran is your guy - attentive, professional, polite and respectful. Naaz has it all - best location, food, staff and tranquility.

Kashmiri elegance and hospitality at its finest

It was one of the best experience from our stay at Srinagar. Almost everything is amazing at Naaz. I was a bit sceptical about house boat but it was better than few hotels where we stayed in Srinagar. The staff is very humble and helpful. They guided us with genuine advice, food was amazing. I cannot forget the lunch breakfast or dinner with a astonishing view of Nageen Lake. It’s a very well maintained property in a very good care. We will always cherish our stay at Naaz! Thanks for making our stay special. Special thanks to chacha ji for the tasty and homely food and warm hospitality.
