Its a reasonably well maintained property. It was our 3rd visit to the property in 2020-21 NY season and we enjoyed every bit of it. There were some hiccups with the appliances in the apartment we stayed but the team (Valanka, Ranjit) resolved those promply. Dont go with a 5* expectations and you'll enjoy the stay. Surroundings are quaint and staff is in general pleasant and helpful. Swimming Pool was closed (for some weird reason, as per 'management') otherwise it would have been a perfect stay.

Great place to stay in S. Goa. Good value for money

I would be very wary about booking your holiday in Golden sands. From the start all the money had to be sent via bank transfer, cards were rejected. On arrival no one met us to explain how various things operated eg electric, tv, safe etc. Ringing valenka was hard work we ran out of gas after 3 days it took 2 days to get a new cannister. The cleaning is woeful carried out with a high level of incompetance. In second week caught cleaner rummaging through drawers.We have stayed 3 times before at this development and had no issues the layout,buildings and gardens are pretty,but it appears that who ever is managing it now needs replacing

Golden sands

Clean and comfortable, both for short and long stays. Good for families with children as well as young couple. The area is very peaceful and serene. The cottage has 24/7 customer support, therefore connectivity is not an issue at all. Our stay was good. We definitely recommend the place.

This apartment is not recommended for stay at all. The exterior ambiance is the same as shown in the pictures. But the interiors and washrooms are unclean and stinky. They do not provide housekeeping services. We were been told them housekeeping will be provided only on alternate days. Also the chairs provided to sit in the verandah were bad quality, plastic and broken.

Not worth staying

It was a very relaxing time in Goa, for the first time... close to the clean Betalbatim beach, yummy eateries around, clean and fresh apartments friendly people, and always helpful Goan, made my experience the most memorable one.
Highly recommended to all who wish to have a clean, and rejuvenation experience for one and all in family.


Relaxing rejuvenation time in South Goa

Very quiet, very clean and very attentive staff. 15 minutes walk from the quiet beach without large crowds. The only other thing is to have no store nearby when you need to buy something, for example bread, milk, water, etc.

Relaxing

We stayed with the family for 10 days, we were very happy. The hotel's beautiful and well-maintained area, the friendly staff, the cozy bungalow. The room has everything we need. Many people are afraid of the water that it is contagious, so we brushed our teeth with tap water all day and everything is fine, I think they have a good water purification system. Near the hotel we found a cozy cafe, they prepare very tasty to go there and the staff treated us with friendliness, even took pictures with us. To the beach the road is paved with asphalt, it takes 10 minutes to walk. In the hotel we came to the driver's house and prepared breakfast in a very clean room, we stayed at the kitchen table, and after a couple of hours we went to the bathroom and we had no dishes. There was always a supermarket, there was a supermarket, there was a security guard, there was a taxi, there were almost all our friends and we were not happy to eat in the area, so we were pretty and there were not a lot of friends, so we were pretty and there were not a lot of people

The only drawback this time was that there was no router in the apartments and a very weak signal at the reception desk. But they had a full rest - no news and no mail! Russian channels also did not set up (before this all to be announced in advance so that they would prepare) but lots of Indian music, clips and so on. Just a mess. The sea is gorgeous, the beach. The taste is also cheap (hello Raju).

They promised to come back, and they came back!

I liked it absolutely, swimming in the pool until midnight, nobody forbade, who knows this rarity, usually they close them early, the only downside is the distance to the ocean, 700 meters.

Classroom apartments

The hotel is really nice and well-maintained. The hotel has a nice clean swimming pool, almost no smell of chlorine. The area is well-maintained, welcoming Indians))). We even as regular customers in the apartments have a router installed! Although officially all WIFI shops have an advance. What pleased us so much is the absence of a few our shops.
