I stayed there for 2 nights. Its good budget hotel. If you are searchimg for good rooms and servixes then it will b a good choice,
Kind people.  Good Services. Dont have facilities like 5 star hotel but good hotel. 

I am visited the property on 31/05/2015 for 2 nights for Trip of Darjeeling,Before visited the property I saw many wrong reviews after forget that I checked in the hotel,Firstly I want to say about its location It was too near to mall road,Hotel was too neat & Clean,What a wonders about Kanchanjunga View Marvelous,We saw the Mountain View from our Room No 107.In house resturant food are superb in taste.I recommended for every one.

Good location hotel

Location: Good. Rooms: decent. though the geyser did not work after the first day!
Very short of staff - no room service. A pillow arrives after five requests.
Food ; Extremely bad quality - they don't even know to fry an egg. No menu card and they charge for their food at their will. A bowl of fried potatoes were priced Rs. 200/-.
The manger is working on a cost-minimising model - cheating the customers in a way!

Business stay in the most un-business way

Though we had booked a deluxe room with a triple-sharing facility, were shocked to get an extremely cramped room that could at best accommodate two people. After persistent efforts, we were given another room with slightly better facilities- at least a mattress could be put on the floor. Food was average. The staff were fairly cooperative n probably the inconvenience was a result of miscommunication from our tour operators. But still would not recommend the hotel to anybody- is in an extremely congested place, though proximity to the Mall road is its only advantage.

Below average facilities, average food

Very good location.Staff helpful and polite.Inadequate facilities though. Food quality should be taken care of.Close to most of the major touristic places in Darjeeling.Decent ambience for senior citizens as well.
