it was my first trip to shimla with my wife on honeymoon trip and i stayed in this hotel as this  was recommended by my friend who visited earlier.the location was perfect with good view of peak and valley.they provided room with  bonfire and some snacks and drinks  which was complementary.they provided better service and facilities along with good quality meals.

Well ,
This hotel was worth in stay specially if we consider it as in certain price range .
Very affordable prices and services were quite good accordingly including food.
We were there in office trip with 9 people and we found it very good in very reasonable price.

Very good hotel in very reasonable prices

I had stayed at this hotel for a night. The service boys were the main strength of this establishment as I was allotted a 3rd floor (aka attic) room. Other floor rooms are good with basic facilities. We faced acute water scarcity just after checking in and were informed that this is normal here as water tanker comes every other day and refill the ground reservoirs.By the evening the problem subsided.
Location wise it's below the mall road and a shortcut to the Shimla Kali bari temple exists in form of a very steep iron staircase.This stair is absolutely not recommended for unfit and elders.
