i stayed in this hotel for about 4 weeks... the hotel is located at very good place and is near to forum mall.. rooms are good and management is also very nice and helpful... perfect place to stay with family or friends

Really nice place no complaints at all toilets was neat and clean. They provided tv coffee food everything perfectly and customer service also good bed sheets towels are clean  no disturbance would recommend.

It was indeed lovely to be putting up at this new hotel!
The rooms are spacious and clean and tidy. The staff is good and polite. It's located near forum mall and thus you can have access to shopping while putting up over here. There are plenty of shops and eateries nearby in the area as well.

It is very nice to being in such a hotel nice hotel which is located hardly few metres from forum mall. Rooms are clean and hygienic. Staffs are very kind and helpful. Overall hotel management is good and the property is also good.

Neat and clean 

Great stay, affordable prices!

Nice stay

This place came at the top of listings in Oyo and I booked it. They have advertised check-in time of 1 p.m but I needed to check in by 9 a.m.. So, I called Oyo support before I booked the place, they checked with the property and confirmed it is possible. They even told me that there is no additional charge for early check in. Later in the evening someone from Emirates Suites called me but that person did not speak English (the international language), Tamil (language where I am coming form - Chennai) or even Kannada (the language of Bangalore where the properly is). They kept asking me to make payment to PayTM number. I called back Oyo Support and told them I will make the payment in advance but I want to be assured of early check and they did check with the property again assure me. However, on reaching the property by 10 a.m., they denied my early check-in. Although the property board has the name Oyo on it, they blamed Oyo and acted as it they have nothing to do about a miscommunication between them and Oyo. I called Oyo support and got one arrogant agent who refused to help me and also refused to transfer to a supervisor. I also tried to sort this out directly with Emirates Suites and tried to tell them I want to check in early but will check out much earlier than the time given to me. First, they said rooms are not available, then they said I can check in early but will be charged extra. When I asked them how much extra, they said something like 90% of a day's rent although Oyo policy says early check in after sunrise will be charged only up to 30% of a day's rent. So I realized the issue was not availability but their greed to extract more money out of me. Then, I was getting very late and decided to go elsewhere. After multiple calls to Oyo support, they reluctantly agreed to refund my money for the unused booking.

Deceptive marketing and unprofessional staff

I prepaid for hotel Super Oyo raas hotel,Nawada,Delhi.After reaching hotel denied check in.I request my refund to Oyo,they refused to do my refund.oto cheated customer like this,be careful for Oyo as you will loose your money n harrashes also

Harrashes by oyo

Took over one hour to check in after having booked a suite only to realise that it came with a leaky toilet wet all over. On complaining was told room with be changed and till evening nothing and then met the mgmt who basically tell customers to get lost. Don’t even go near the property
