I went with family on mussoorie on july 22 2024 and stayed here for two days. Its really amazing experience during stay.
Good staff, good and helping behavior and ofcourse breakfast was so tasty. This hotel also away from busy mallroad at same time only from 10 min walking difference.

Whenever I visit Mussoorie, I always choose to stay at this hotel. The experience is consistently incredible, thanks to the outstanding staff and the breathtaking view from the room. From the moment I arrive, I am greeted with warm smiles and a friendly welcome that makes me feel right at home.

Everything things was very nice and comfortable.
the service was very nice and guards are very co operative.
The food is very nice and delicious.

Hotel Sun n Snow is the best Hotel in Mussoorie in terms of Value for Money and the quality of service and food that is provided at the most affordable price.
What we loved about the property is the way the staff is welcoming and helpful. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The washrooms are neat and clean. There is no issue with water supply. They also have a Genset to make sure that there as the electricity goes away there is no problem to guests. There is also a wonderful roof top restaurant that we loved. The food quality is best. In our 4 nights stay we only ate Dinner outside once. The freshly served delicious food is no doubt the best. All guests should try their food. Most Hotels do not care about food quality. But here it is really well done. Lastly the view from the Hotel is simply mind-blowing. The way the mist the clouds roll in the Doon Valley. It is mesmerising. The free Parking is such a great convenience.
Overall our trip was made amazing by the wonderful stay we had at Sun n Snow. Highly recommended. And definitely coming back soon.

One of the best hotel to stay in Mussoorie.
Everything was perfect from room service to food to room views to location of the hotel. Staff was extremely helpful. It made us feel like home.

I went to this place with my family and the place is very good, the view and the vibes that we all are getting from that place was amazing and the food was awesome and amenities that are required are all available in the hotel premises.

We planned a official program here related to feedbacks and outreach to the Locals of Mussoorie regarding telecom sector. The Program was professionally handled by the Team of the Hotel and had no hiccups. The food served is good and the staff is very much Courteous. 
The Kitchen staff always make you feel at home. The hill view from the rooms is great and one would always love to have a sip of Coffee in the Balcony. The property is well maintained. The lunch tea etc was adhered to the timings and with minimum follow-ups handled very professionally. The hall is good with an adjacent lobby where the food is served which adds up the space you get. We a team of 5 had a pleasant experience and the program was also successful and the hotel team was always eager to take an extra step to help us around with anything we needed.
The hotel is little aloof from mall road so it adds to the calmness you need to feel at a Hill station.
We also had a view of the Moon rise on the day we arrived from behind the mountains. The view was awesome.
 It is a welcoming place and one would definitely love to be there be it an official or personal trip.    


Had a nice family stay at a good location. Excellent rooms. 
Food was served a great courtesy & affinity by staff. Impressed by hotel team, they were extremely helpful & supportive. 

Would definitely recommend and would certainly stay here again.

Amazing Experience

Property is very good. Excellent rooms and hospitality. Everyone was good. 
View is mind blowing from balcony room. 
Best 3 star hotel in Mussoorie 

Why i rated 4 stars:- 
1.They charge for water bottles. Every property in worlds provides free water but i paid. 
2. No breakfast buffet. They usually don’t have breakfast buffet. 
Only total 5 items and tea/coffee. 
Tbh I didn’t liked bf quality. Chief can be improved. 
3. Very far from mall road by walking. 
If u don’t have vehicle or transportation then be ready to do difficulty 3 km trekking. 
I didn’t had transport so walked so much.

(Hotel is located in a less crowded and quite road) it’s good that no noise pollution

Excellent property but minor issues

This was a simple but yet very nice hotel 700 mts from Mall road .I stayed here with my old parents & the staff was so helpful & polite . Simple breakfast but yet very nice & served hot .Shivji was always on his toes n severed us hot lovely parathas ,Puri"s .even when we would order food in the room for our parents they would give good service .the manager Satish ,Sonuji & Shivji were all very nice . All families in the hotel .Simply go ahead with this hotel when in mossurrie.only 1 request oye room on 1st floor water flow in tap n shower was very less else 24 hours hot water was also there .I would definitely go bck n stay here again .met the owner he too was very friendly.

We visited Mussoorie in end October'22 and stayed for few days in Hotel Sun n Snow. The location was a good, although a bit uphill and away from the mall road ( walking up from the mall was a nightmare for us one evening). But the staff were excellent, always smiling, very supportive and willing to run the extra mile to make customers happy. There was a couple of young boys, highly energetic and also a few homely canines.
The room was spacious, well maintained (as expected in such a hilly area) and hot water was available in the wash room (it was pretty cold in October end).
The restaurant on the top floor gives a panoramic view of the city, and it's a pleasure to enjoy the early morning sun and the evening lights of the town. The food quality was excellent and we specially liked "the pahadi chicken" with butter roti.
It was a wonderful and comfortable stay.

Nice neat and clean rooms, awesome valley views, centrally located for all site seeing places, walking distance from Mall Road, tasty food with courteous staff.
The stay at Sun N Snow hotel made our trip a memorable one. Would rate a five star for overall experience.

Memorable Stay at Sun N Snow

I was on a holiday to Mussoorie for the first time with my family and we booked SUN N SNOW and we were extremely happy and satisfied with it. It was a 3 day trip and this hotel provided us with each and every facility.

ROOMS: We booked 2 rooms and the rooms were amazing. We were two families so accordingly they provided us with the rooms that has connected door. The interior was very nice and the vibe too was nice. It had a separate balcony from which it was the most amazing view. My father and I watched the sunrise one morning and it became an unforgettable memory for us because of the perfect view and visibility of the winter line from the balcony. The rooms also had heaters and properly cleaned bathrooms.

FOOD: The food was undoubtedly excellent! On our first night we had the bonfire night and it was just next to amazing. We ordered many snacks and each one of them were very, very delicious. We loved the food and the way the staff offered it to us also made it more delicious! The service was also very fast and, for people like us, the foodies, the staff co-operated in every way!!

STAFF AND SERVICE: The staff was very cooperative and helpful. The guy who served us food for all the three days..... I literally give a salute to him! He was upto our expectations in every way and he served us very patiently and happily. We found all the staff very helpful and cooperative.

MISCELLANEOUS: The hotel offered a beautiful view from every corner of it and on the day of bonfire night, there was DJ too and we danced and enjoyed a lot! 

The hotel was also very near to the Mall road, it was just some walking distance and all other sightseeing places were also co-located, so we can say the hotel was centrally located and also the hotel offered free parking too.
Overall, the hotel and food and rooms and the staff was super amazing and I'll recommend this hotel to everyone.

First Time Visit to Mussoorie and The BEST EVER made by The SUN N SNOW!!!

 I had a wonderful experience at the Sun n Snow.
Every staff member I encountered, from the reception agent to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues, Family and friends for sure.

Food was also amazing, me and my friend almost tried everything, Simplicity of the breakfast was too yum, 10/10.

Wonderful Experience 

Sun amd Snow - you just made the day. I stayed 2 nights with my friend & we were on a last minute hasty weekend spend mood and Sun & Snow was just bang on !
The location - the View and the bonus was the spectacular winter circle view from our valley view room - the Food and more over the people out there. I must say you took one of the crucial thing which usually bother most of the traveller to any Hill station and opt  for any property other than a 5 starts and that is car parking with a reasonable good amount of space to accommodate my car as well. 

An ultimate property to spend ur hólidays - Sun and Snow

The hotel is good awesome apart from some minor noticable things. 

We visited this hotel on October end 2022, just after Diwali, so rates were quite high. We booked 4 rooms(3 Super Dlx and 1 Dlx) as its a family trip with 3 couples and 3 kids. Rooms and washrooms were clean and heigenic. View from the hotel is just awesome, you can see clouds coming in from valley.

Location is just 500 mtrs from Library chowk but a steep road, normally it was hectic to walk back to hotel from road, but but but, you can take taxi for that for just 150Rs. It has parking facility which is must have in hill station like Mussorie. 

We recieved vey warm welcome from Mr Sonu and one other person(forget name) at reception is a very soft spoken and co-operative person. They offered options from tea/coffee/hot chocloate/lemonade as welcome drinks and check-in was smooth. There are 3 dogs which are very friendly and welcome with them :)

Staff was very cheerful and courteous(Mahaveer and one other guy). Services were very prompt  and all were treating you like their family members.

Food was good and economic but can be slightly better in taste.

There are couple of things which needs improvement:
1. Washrooms flush was too problemetic in all our rooms with low pressure
2. Hot water is 24x7 available but speed was too slow that it took too much time
3. Electric Kettle, tea bags, toileteries were not provided in any of room.

Conclusion:
I can give 4.5 ratings to this hotel, it is perfect hotel to stay in mussorie but Hotel has to think on above feedback. I strongly recommend this hotel.
