Everyone (staffs) were just excellent they always helped me beyound. This was really a good stay and will recommend for a clean and safe stay in gurgaon sector 40. Buffet food were also yummy and overall enjoyed staying there..

Vamsor heights is a very tidily maintained hotel.  The housekeeping is faboulous and you will love the cleanliness.  The hotel staff is also very polite and professional.  Though the food is average.  You get ample of parking space for your vehicle.  The hotel is just 10 mins walk from the nearest metro station.  All in all a very fantastic experience.

I have stayed at this property on 3rd Oct 2016 for one night during my official visit. Hotel is neat and clean, rooms are very spacious with comfortable bedding and room amenities like Tea coffee maker, Locker, Mini freeze etc. Staff is friendly and very co-operative. The highlight was food, which they serve fresh and hot.

I have stayed in this property several times and will be staying here again.  Though the hotel is very good, there are a few issues.
Rooms are comfortably large and the in room facilities are adequate. Bathrooms are appropriate sized and proper.  Location too is very convenient.  
Avoid rooms in the basement. I wish the dinning room table linen is cleaner.

I am writing this review after experiencing the worst experience at Hotel. I stay here for 3 days food served by the hotel was really terrible. All the guest complained about the food but no action has been taken by the management.  Food served was spoiled. You order food from room dining they did serve you they ignoring you . We two people stay in a room but they put only one towel in the bathroom on daily basis. We have call him every day to put extra towel in the room we are two person. They put the menu in the room but when you call him for order they say we didn't have any items . Food was cool in the buffet. 

I suggest to everyone to take a note of the same and try to avoid such type of hotel.  *Zero rating *
