114 reviewsOne of the best Beach resorts on ECR, Chennai. We stayed for 2 nights and 3 days with my family and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their stay here. The property is clean, utmost care is taken to make their customers have a comfortable stay. Right from the time you enter the property with a smooth check-in to the room and other amenities offered. The quality of food is good, the services offered is quick there is always a smile on their faces which is so important when they acknowledge you. Everyone is so kind, polite and respectful. We just love this place for their services, hygiene, and friendliness. I will surely recommend this property to my family and friends without any hesitation. They have kid friendly activities and the best part is the kite flying on the lawn beside the beach. They take good care of their property by meeting the customers' satisfaction. On weekends in the evening they offer coffee/tea as complimentary alongwith a snack beside the beach and it is so good to just sit on the lawn watching the waves roll in and sip on a cup of your coffee/tea alongwith a snack. The most important thing I love about this property is the hygiene and services they maintain and I will surely keep visiting this place again and again. Keep up the good work 'SHELTERS BEACH RESORT'. You guys do an excellent job and deserve to be applauded!
