Excellent service from hotel. Before check-in request accepted & room upgraded overall I am very happy with  of hotel service. Good Location.but maintenance and hygiene as been degraded...bathroom is not so clean..so pls upgrade it...

All thing are well maintained.
I like the location .
Rooms are spacious and clen .
They have a restaurant and have very nice buffet.
They only need to improve in maintenance. 
Food is awesome as par the rates 
We are glat after seeing the bar side of the property.

If someone want to book terrace they can book it with marginal price. Faculty are responsible....
We went there(about 15 peoples) in nov 2019 and unlimited food with price ₹7,000 only.
You will get 2 hours to eat as much as you can. 

Main advantage is its location. Very easily accesible. The rooms are nicely done with lots of amenities. Even the bathroom was neat and tidy. There are minor issues like they must improve on maintenance of the property a bit. Housekeeping staff always used to give towels after room clean. Otherwise did not face any problem. Ate outside as many restaurants nearby so cant comment on the food. But i feel this is a very popular place among Lucknowites. You will get a good deal via travel portals. Go for the location.

Had been to Lucknow twice in consecutive months. The hotel is tucked away in one of the alleys a little away from the main road.
Due to the metro construction & also a flyover construction midway, all around, the area looked crowded. The hotel is in the vicinity to almost everything.
The rooms are spacious and with all amenities - a decent internet connectivity for doing work, a good enough study/ work table to focus on work. The interiors, beds, bath everything is well thought of and done, except for the maintenance. The sheets, the sofas in the room and the baths are stained, on the border of being dirty, dusty and non functional.
The first time i had stayed here, the shower was absolutely non-functional, the second time, i made it a point to raise the concern, during check-in, so i got a good room.
The breakfast is good and the service is nice. staff are nice and helpful, the a -la carte dinner is also nice. Overall the staff, their friendliness and the locality make up more than enough for the lack of maintenance.
Seems like a popular hotel with many folks, as quite a lot of upper middle class folks and their families come to dinner, parties and marriage functions seem like a common place. Despite that, the noise level inside the rooms are very minimal.
I would prefer to stay here each time I visit Lucknow,because of it’s vicinity to the market, the cost of the room. If the hotel improves the maintenance of the already well furnished and thought off place, I would like to take the family along.

3 night stay at hotel

Located in the heart of Lucknow, hajratganj this property is quite famous for their budget friendly buffet service. Stayed their for a night. Rooms are good and spacious wished more cleaner bathing area and a 24*7 IRD. Also they should improve their breakfast buffet but their lunch and dinner buffet are amazing. 

Budget friendly 

Good location in the heart of the city is what this hotel capitalises on. It's fairly new hotel. Good sized rooms but no professionalism in the maintenance/house keeping. The hotel has no back-up plans for guests at odd hours with respect to cab/taxi. If Uber/ola is not available, the hotel staff does not have a tie-up with taxi operators for emergency situations. Food is ok. Breakfast, the hotel claims, is ready by 7.30 AM but they were not ready to handle guests until 8.15 AM.

Pros:
  + Located at heart of the market area. If you are foodie, this is a good place to stay as some of the good restaurants are near by
  + Budget hotel with moderately clean room

Cons:
  + We booked two rooms and both were smelly
  + Bathrooms were to small, you have to be more cautious
  + Lobby area carpet was amazingly dirty

Average budget hotel

Stay between 14-17th Dec 2019, I will start off with my check-in process, that's when I must have decided to move out and look for another place, but since I was traveling with my old parents and 1-year-old daughter it was difficult to move and find another place. 
The staff member named Dilip/Deepak in the brown uniform was extremely rude, I should have made my hotel booking online but I trusted them on a phone call and felt that I was overcharged.
Secondly the NOISE, I was living on the 3rd floor, never opt for a room on the 3rd floor right on the 4th floor is their famous Terrace restaurant and music, noise of moving chairs goes on till 1 am in the night after an eventful day at a vacation all we need some peace and quiet for rest but this place won't give you that. After multiple calls and requests the reception they finally stopped it by 1 am.
Thirdly, the breakfast spread, how does it feel to eat the same food the same menu for 3 consecutive days? Its the same menu, the same food, the same taste every single day for breakfast, I suggest u don't opt for the breakfast and order for the authentic Lucknow breakfast on zomato.
Forth, the housekeeping staff is extremely rude, I don't blame them because they are very few and overworked so they won't attend you on time they would say 5 mins and not return for an hour because they get busy with doing other work.
Lastly, the checkout, since I was traveling with the baby I happened to stain a towel with small drops of baby food that could be washed away, but the reception staff created a ruckus at the time of check out and made me feel so embarrassed, they were extremely rude and made me feel like i have committed a major sin.
I have traveled across the world but this man - Mr. Deepak/ Dilip the bell boy is the rudest and the most arrogant man I have come across, please do not have any conversation with this man as he can get very arrogant if u don't opt for the services such as taxis etc that he wants to offer. So stay away from this man and OWNER please not that this man is not a food image to your hotel and lucknow(city of tehzeeb). 

Pros of Living in this hotel - in the heart of Hazrat Ganj. The only guy who is good there and is worth talking to is Mr. Vinay he can help you out with all your needs - from a late checkout to saving you from arrogant staff members. 
When you order food online, you can order for plates, spoons, and bowls from the room/kitchen service they are extremely prompt.
The rooms are can be better if maintained well, but all the facilities of a 3 star are available.
All in all the unwelcoming staff spoilt my stay and made my 3 days very uncomfortable, i was just waiting to get out of there. Going back to Lucknow ?- YES, going back to Charans Plaza? - NEVER !!

Disappointing..

Rooms are big, staff courteous but need to work upon cleanliness and breakfast spread. It's relatively new hotel but not working on cleanliness, housekeeping needs overhaul.
Breakfast spread was pathetic...must look into it.
