I stayed hear for 4 days.staff is good.food is good.It is besic hotel and not a luxury hotel.but I do recommend this hotel. They serve veg/ nonveg dinner.Owner gives full information and guides where to go.


Very good hotel with clean rooms. Food served was nice and very much reasonable. Service boy was helpful. Manager too helped us well. However, the hotel is located bit interior of Srinagar so you have to travel inside Rajbaugh..

Hotel Luxury Inn is very good hotel...I had spend five days.....staff are very friendly & rooms are neat & clean....but we are suffer for food...specially staff's smile was faddu......   But I should say that staff was very good they handle staff very politely & very calmly.


We stayed at Luxury Inn on 23rd May 2016 for 1 night with family and friends. We took 3 rooms and the rooms were well maintained and spacious. I think they have changed the interior now and it looks very good and comfortable.
The owner Mr. Abdul and the staff were very hospitable and took care of each and everything we requested for.
They also have a very good restaurant / dining area where they serve very good and tasty vegetarian food in a buffet system.
We had good experience staying at Luxury Inn and would recommend it to others.

Hotel is too expensive and the service are very poor and wifi service was very pathetic. I suggest to everyone not to book this hotel. The hotelier was also very rude and the room service was also very pathetic. Our money and time was wasted there. Food was very bad in taste and same food repeated for 2 3 days 

Very Pathetic Service 

Group of 30 people booked a kashmir trip with SOTC (TC tour limited is handing the tour on their behalf  Voucher no TV22007506).
The rooms provided in Hotel Luxury inn are shabby with dirty towels and hot water availble only in morning after 6am). The food is horrible and supply of food is scanty. People have to fight to get a spoonful of rice or a chappati.
Against a Payment of Rs 52,000 per person this is a nightare experience. We are not aware of what is in store for us in Gulmarg and Pahalgaam
Please avoid SOTC for arranging travel.

Nightmare experience

I had a chance to visit Kashmir valley and choose to stay at this hotel because one of my friend was staying over there the only good thing about this place is car parking a lots of vehicles can be parked rest all is pathetic. room service is poor, staff is not trained. A good dinning area but quality of food is poor and so was service in dinning area. Even the lights were kept off in the corridors or stairs leading to rooms. The bedsheets and towels were not washed.

First of all, the hotel has limited staff, who speak only Hindi and uncourteous body language. No room service. Rude behaviour. Free breakfast but offers only bread and tea. Lunch, and dinner, serves only dal and rice even if you stay for 5 days. No grace time given. Says wifi, but never works. Tv in Room says subscription not paid. So no tv. Bed is decent. Dirty towels. And in a very secluded place.at a place like Srinagar, where safety is always a concern, this is the worst nightmare as a place to stay. Particularly, if there is a curfew, these people blame it on curfew and never provide anything. But just collect money. I would not recommend this pigeon hole for anybody.
