The staff especially Mr Ayub was extremely polite and gentle 
.He made our stay amazing at the property . Moreover, he helped with necessary information regarding local connectivity and sightseeing. Cooking and housekeeping staff are also well behaved and polite

Good Hotel. Neat and Clean. Nearest Metro station is Kailash colony which is 3 min walk. Just hardly 300 minutes. There is restuarant at the top floor. Though the restuarant is small the food is very good.  Autos and Ricksahwas are available near the metro station.

A small and budget friendly hotel in great location with accessibility to metro at a minute walking distance and other transportation at the doorstep. 
The rooms are very clean and tidy. Very well maintained and the food is also great.
A good place to stay with your family or for business purpose.

Great place to stay with Family. We stayed here with kids and parents. Had a good stay. It’s very close to Kailash colony metro station and all groceries are near by. We felted safe in this area. give a try here

The staff hospitality was top notch and they  took care of the fact that i was on fast, so made special arrangements. The rooms were clean and good with all the amenities required for a good business trip stay

We stayed in the hotel yesterday. Room was clean and tidy. Room service was prompt and quick. Morning breakfast was tasty and elaborate. Check out time was extended on previous request.

Grand Ffour is a good boutique hotel. The hotel is very well managed. Mr. Kundan is very competent and always there to ensure the comfort of guests. I checked out yesterday after a very pleasant four night stay. The room was very clean and the housekeeping boys were very regular and efficient in maintaining cleanliness in the room and washroom. Since I was in Delhi to attend a wedding, my meals were at various functions and parties so I didn't eat at the hotel except for one meal and the food was very good. The hotel is well located in East of Kailash just about 100 metres from the Kailash Colony Metro Station. There is a 24 hour open chemist right outside the hotel and a 24 hour open mini department store next door and a big department store across the road. For a plethora of shopping options, restaurants and bars, 'M' Block and 'N'Block markets in Greater Kailash -1 are just over a kilometre away and Kailash Colony Market is less than half that distance. Overall, Grand Ffour is a good choice.

The stay was nice apart from discovering that breakfast was not included in the booking at the last day of our stay. Otherwise, the place is OK in term of cleanliness. The restaurant was also adequate if you don't want to go out. The staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is located on the main road and is easily identifiable. The landmark is Kailash colony metro station. The rooms are well furnished,  and spacious.  The bathrooms are clean and hygienic. Tea maker in the room is added facility.
There is good in-house restaurant on 3rd floor which is good.  Items in breakfast are less than expected.

The hotel is located 200m from Kailash Colony metro station.  It really very convenient as several restaurents and shops are within walking distance. Theres a 24 hr chemist and a ATM right next to the hotel.

On reaching the address, I called the hotel. The receptionist came out, took my luggage and signed me in really fast. The room he offered me was very nice but as it faced the metro line and the main road, I asked for a room at the back, which he gave me pronto but advised me to stay in the better room in the front.

However, the room at the back was extremely nice too, though a tiny bit smaller than the first one. Overlooking the colony behind, it has a balcony and was indeed very quiet. The bed was really comfortable and I enjoyed a good sleep. 

We only had breakfast in the hotel - the food was nicely prepared. The checkout was very efficient too. Definitely a hotel worth returning to, and great value for money. Thank you for making my short stay so pleasant.

Overall Good Choice

Good small hotel

Very conveniently located and well serviced hotel

Amazing stay. Worth every penny spent. We got a room at third floor. Location is very good as it's next to metro station. Also room was clean. linen was not smelly. Washrooms were super clean with amenities like brushes and other essentials. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Prompt service. Wifi. Its the best place to stay in that area. My only request is please dont repeat breakfast menu everyday. Add juices, dry cakes, pancakes etc. We stayed for two days and fiid is same everyday.  Apart from this this place was worth it.
