Akasa BR Hills Bandipur Range

Akasa is a good budget place for stay at BR hills. Clean rooms and toilets, enough parking space, ideal for a day stay with friends/family. They arrange for campfire in the night. Food is not bad. Overall a good place to stay in BR hills.

My partner and I stayed here over a year ago now (I know, taken me ages to review, sorry!) and we loved it! the staff were so lovely and friendly. The food at the hotel was to this day, the best Indian food I have ever had! and my partner would say the same. It is only vegetarian when we went (not sure if that has changed). 
We had a lovely tour around the villages and our lovely guide took us to a stunning temple. We had a fabulous time! everyone was so friendly, watch out for those cheeky monkeys! and check out the stunning panoramic view if you go to the temple. amazing.

We did a team workshop & found the place very accommodating of our constantly changing demands. 

The rooms are basic, but clean & well maintained and airy. The food was good- healthy & made using locally grown ingredients.  

Look forward to going to this place again.

Stunning location, Peace and quiet! and amazing food!

A good budget stay at BR hills

Akasa - Great value for money

I visited this place in January end. The weather was nice, not to hot not to cold but the attractions are very less at this place. 
Only one temple is there at the hill top which offers you a great panoramic view of the surroundings.  
This place requires ur one time visit so do see it once.

No ATM is there so pls make sure to take enough cash with yourself. 

Peaceful and Picturesque 

If you really want to explore nature then strike out this place from your bucket list. This place has temple and if you are religious then you can visit. Even if you want to explore some tradition, you may find here. But people who are atheist do not visit here.
