Motel Polaris

If you have to stay in Roorkee, only place to stay is Polaris. The only so called 5 star hotel in town, Polaris has all facilities including a nice gym, steam and sauna. Even the location is quite good as it is located just off the bus stop. We stayed here for a night on our way to Mussoorie as we were advised to not take a night bus. It was quite a pleasant stay. 

Polaris has been one of the best hotels in Roorkee for a long time. It has a great central location right next to bus stand and opposite the Main gate of IIT Roorkee. The place has one of the only few bars in town (though quite dark and dinghy) but a great restaurant. The rooms were nice and we had a really nice sleep experience during our visit. For the price and lack of choices in Roorkee, this was a decent hotel option.

Best place to stay in Roorkee

Great central location in Roorkee

It used to be a good hotel until few years back but now many new and better hotels have come up in the vicinity and now this hotel seems to be over hyped and little costly. Not worth the money. Felt dissapointed

Overhyped

One of the oldest and best hotel in Roorkee, situated adjacent to Iit Roorkee and very near to bus stand. This is a steal deal of you are going to Roorkee. Hotels also boasts of hosting "the Beatles".
Offers different types of cuisines. Mostly this is a full packed hotel , you need to book well in advance for a room.

One of the best hotels in Roorkee

I visited hotel in October 2016. It's OK overall n neat. Room was clean neat and well organized. The food was good not best at this location it's normal. The room interior n furniture was old also bathroom was big but not organized. Overall it's 6/10 for hotel
