OYO 2862 Hotel Kanha Continental

Hello friends, it's a humble request to you all please don't put yourself in a problem while booking at this hotel, i am one of a customer like you ,i booked this hotel for 3 days at the price of 3300 and i have paid all the amount in advance while making a booking but when I visited the hotel for check-in the hotel staff refused to take my booking ,one tall dark man was standing at the desk they said you have to pay 2k more to get the checkin, i said but i booked the hotel from Oyo and i paid all the amount why would I pay more amount to you so he said you have to pay 2k more otherwise leave the hotel as soon as possible, and we were four people there,we went to agra to attend the seminar which is about to start at 12'o clock, we continually trying to convince him and request him that please let us in we are getting late so he said okay fine ,pay 1k more and you guys can check in ,so we agreed to this,so i said please show us the room,you guys won't believe he gave us the dirtiest room so we told him to give us another room he said no room is available for you and told us to call oyo customer care and talk to them,the Oyo customer care executive waste our 2hours and sent us to 3 different worst hotel in the city we said we don't any room from Oyo we told customer care executive to refund our money they denied to refund us after spending 2more hours from 3 different executive one is agreed to refund our money back. I wanted to file a case against Oyo and that hotel kanha continental but because of some personal reasons i didn't do that but such a cheap unprofessional behaviour Oyo is having.
