Me and my sister were going to visit family last christmas, but due to weather conditions, we had to stay in Hreðavatnsskáli for one night. It was super cheap, clean and friendly. Nothing extravagant, just what it says on the tin. I liked it very much. In the restaurant they played deep purple if I remember right. My ONLY criticism, is that coffee should ALWAYS have a free refill. ;) I would definitely reccomend this place.
