I spent only one night (sort of) in this "hotel". It boast to have 3 stars, but I can't imagine the committee awarding it to them: it should be called a hostel, at best. Outdated furniture, inconvenient bed, random warm water service, non functioning blindings on the poor windows, next to Miskolc's busiest, 4 lane main road plus it looked like a haunted ghost house.

There were pros, though: it was clean and the staff was really kind and friendly and one could park in a closed backyard for free (although I had to inform the recepctionist by phone upon a late night arrival, because the gate's ringer was out of order...).

Definitely not what you would expect from a hotel

This hotel is very old and not confortable. The bed are very poor, you can feel the springs... there is only one towel by people, nothing to put on the floor. But the worst... no curtains on the windows. At 5 o'clock AM there was a big sun in the room... Impossible to sleep. 
The air conditioned was out of order
The location is poor also. The only positive point is the kindness of the staff and the breakfast very good.
No curtain in the shower.
The rooms are clean, despite all.

I don't recommand this hotel. sorry.

Old, noisy and unconfortable

Car trouble forced an overnight stay and RAC reserves this hotel on our behalf.  Not sure what this says about RAC.

As for the hotel, the exterior is dire but it's the best aspect as the interior is even worse.  Filthy carpets, mattresses from hell, dodgy elevator, 15min wait for hot water, unprinted wooden shelves in bathroom, and security chains on door. No shower curtain, leaky faucets, dirty handheld shower head and a badly stained bath.

Bar and Restaurant both closed at 9pm the only alternative being a local shop.

Wifi not accessible despite hotel being almost empty. No Aircon, and a busy 24/7 road outside prevents windows being kept open.

Better than sleeping in car at roadside?  Not really!

 Emergency Stop

this was the worst apartment accommodation we have had in Europe, it was advertised as 2 bedrooms which it wasn't, it was 1 bedroom and a lounge room with 2 single beds, to go to the toilet at night you had to go through the lounge room, the kitchen had a small refrigerator, sink & cupboard but no crockery, cutlery, glasses,  nothing. It didn't have A/C so in the 40 degree temperature we had to open the windows which opened onto a 24hr busy road, the breakfast provided was shocking and couldn't be eaten. The hotel is in a industrial part of town and is central to nothing except for the train station which is about 1 kilometre away. Would not recommend

avoid

Very bad conditions. The only thing that recommand this hotel as 3* is dimension of the room.... maybe they will try to improve the lights,the showers which are full of rust,towels which are light grey, the pillows that are somthing folded.
