11 reviewsThere are a lot of very negative reviews of this place here on trip advisor. Yes everyone has their own experience. But mine was quite good. First and foremost this is not a hotel. You collect your keys at a reception around the corner from this hotel. This accommodation is a ground floor apartment. I stayed here with a deal on hotels.com for €135 from Friday to Monday. Me and my cousins and brother collected the keys off Andreas who is a nice man. I explained to him I wanted more towels and toilet roll in my apartment and he gave me them no problem. I had hot water for showers and a bed [my own an suite]. Me and my cousins and brothers drank a lot in our rooms before going out and made noise which wasn’t a problem. The rooms don’t get cleaned or serviced daily like a hotel as this is an apartment. My four star rating of this apartment is based on ‘you get what you pay for’. In my opinion the only negative thing about this apartment accommodation, is that the staff do not speak any English, only German. So they are difficult to contact in relation to a booking or even when checking in. This accommodation is ideal for people looking to party and have a place to stay. Not for a romantic couple in my opinion. I hope this helps you all. The apartment is in a central Berlin location close to many forms of transport. Also the apartment is opposite a nice German bakery that is 125 years old Andreas was telling me. There is also a shop opposite the apartment for some of those delicious German Beers :)
