Very disappointing: avoiding room 40! We had booked a room for 4 with 1 double bed and 2 single beds, and we found ourselves in a small room for 3 with a bed for the 4th person. The carpet is old, full of tasks. The room smells like locked up and the cigarette. Following our complaints, the unpleasant staff responds to us to air the room! When we ask to change rooms the next day: we are offered one with the toilet near the front desk telling us that we should pay an extra fee for changing sheets! In short, the only positive point: the geographical situation...

What to Avoid

I went with my family to Berlin in late April 2018, stayed at this hotel. The hotel was nice, it was really interesting, we had a four-seater room on the mansion. I realized that the service staff are immigrants from Russia, so everyone speaks Russian.

First time in Berlin.

The hotel room was very clean, very calm with window open possibility even, nice breakfast, friendly stuff pluss affordable price and the subway station almost directly in front of the hotel. Highly recommandable!

All good! Would go there again!!

The advantages: unbeatable price, very good transport links, subway station in front of the door, near Ku Dam, quietly located, beautiful roof terrace new, clean bathroom, clean room - our 3-bedroom was pleasantly large and simple but tastefully furnished (beautiful in the old closet) and bright through high, large windows friendly: the breakfast reception was not updated, guests had to turn around the kitchen sign and ask for yogurt or a portion.

For the price of right, we'd (come back)

The next day, I go back to the hotel after a whole day outside, I go inside the room and I find all my stuff (lions, jeans, underwear, personal effects thrown inside black suits...) and the baggage locks. The only explanation I get is that the reception desk does not have a good reception desk. Bad service / terrifying custom care

The hotel offers a central and easily accessible way to stay cheaply in Berlin. It is clean, quiet and offers what you can expect for the price. However, both beds (quiet and crowded) and breakfast (less supply, seems unpleasant and cheap) could be better.

For one night and for the price okay

Ok. It is an old building does mine you at a hotel.
Difficult tofind the rooms.
But the rooms where clean ,quite an wel staffed.
The breakfast was good engouh ( basic breakfast)
The location could not be more central.
Subway in front of the entrance.
Walking distance to Kurfürstendamm.
I enjoyed my stay.
But as a result I would say: Never ever . or : Maybe Baby
You usual get what you pay. And I got it.

Reserved family room for four. Spacious and clean. No air conditioning. No napkins. Really poor breakfast and poor quality. No one speaks English. No reception h24.

Modest but spacious

I just spent a night at this hotel with a friend on May 30, 2017. Good room, clean sheets and bath socks! Bemools: no light in the room (switch but no light, allogenous that doesn't work alone so a small headlight!) and bathroom to share with another room... nothing bad! Good situation, close to the subway and access to everything. Good lunch! Free WiFi Good quality/price ratio

Enough for one night

New room on the fifth floor provided with all the comforts but the WiFi was absolutely not working.
