I am Indian single mom travelled from Dubai with my 2 kids; and was at Tbilisia Apart Hotel Complex for 3 nights in March 2017. Highly recommend this very clean, calm, safe, cozy place. Sophie at the reception and Manana at the Café are two wonderful people who will make your stay so comfortable and homely. hotel will arrange airport pick-up for an extra USD 25/-. Sophie will respond to all your queries by email in detail. There is a grocery at reception where you can get almost everything, so you don't have to pack much of stuffs if you are travelling with kids. Apartment is so huge, toilet very clean and well equipped kitchen with kettle, stove, fridge, washing machine, utensils, plates etc.(u can buy stuffs from below grocery and cook too!!). Rooms and toilets are cleaned; toiletries and towels replaced daily. Toilet has a heated iron bar hanger where you can dry washed clothes quickly. There are heaters in bedroom, living room, kitchen which you can on and off according to requirement. And not to forget playground for kids, gym, spa. Hotel is little away from the town as it is more closer to nature. But Sophie can arrange you a taxi anytime you want. We can use booking.com app to locate the hotel from taxi. I used google maps and also carried a printed map with hotel details and street name with me so didn't have any difficulty in getting back to the hotel. Manana at the café went out of the way and bought halal sausages for my kids when we mentioned we prefer halal food. She is very caring, friendly, sweet lady and her hospitality, interaction made me feel so at home.  My stay was extremely pleasant and will choose Tblisia Apart Hotel Complex ONLY on my next visit.
