As I already mentioned, problem of stairs on main entrance. Also, no air condition at hotel, neither at rooms nor at hotel public areas. Electricity is very poor and reflects regarding not enough hot water at bathrooms, food at hotel restaurant could not been kept warm immediately after been located on banquets, extremely long time to recharge guests smartphones. etc. Food at the hotel is good but is the same each day. for guests whom are coming for several nights, this aspect is very bad !!!
