Everything was so nice. The hosts were so helpfull and kind, the room was clean, the bed was good and the was air-condition functioned well  which was amazing for a couple from Danmark. There is a rooftop terrace with great view which is a nice place for a drink in the evening. 
I can not imagine a better place to stay in Tbilisi.
The host speaks english.

Run by the friendliest family in town (we were picked up after our late night flight into Tbilisi by the owner himself), with spotless rooms and a great location, close to the old town but without its bustle. Will book again! 

Beautiful view from the terrasse, clean room, tasty welcome wine, very friendly family, quiet neighborhood, only 15 min to Liberty square, hair dryer, towel, shampoo and shower gel in the room, possibility to make a laundry.

Friendly owners - Father, mother and children. Good location. 5 mins walk to Tbilisi's busiest commercial street. 10 mins walk to Freedom Sq where the Hop On Hop Off buses start. Good self-service breakfast.

Great place in the center of old Tbilisi. All attractions within walking distance. But there is no noise from the main streets.
Room is great. The room is cleaned daily.
Breakfast every day is a new, local products. 
Catherine and Tengiz are hospitable hosts, with whom you can spend the evening with a pleasant conversation and a glass of excellent wine. They will always help, tell-prompt, explain. 
When I go next time, I will definitely choose this House. And friends will also recommend it.

every time I stay here. a good place. good location in the city center. from the airport you can take bus number 37. Near bus stops and the metro station "Freedom Square" and "Rustavelli".Full and varied breakfast is included in the price.. I am very pleased.

Perfect place for a comfortable and easy stay in Tbilisi. Great location on tranquil street in old neighborhood, walked everywhere. Clean, quiet, safe, spacious, good beds and pillows, good shower and hot water, fast internet, good tv, fridge and kettle, sweet balcony. Cheerful and kind family owning and running this welcoming guest house, great communication, amazing value, I could not have been more satisfied with my choice to stay here and I hope to return!

We stayed four nights in the penthouse family room and everything was great! The breakfast was a small buffet that we could bring to the balcony and enjoy while looking over beautiful Tbilisi. Hosts are friendly and will help you with everything. You have to be prepared for a little uphill walk to reach the guest house from the busy Rustaveli Avenue - but it is definitely worth it!

The Guesthouse was excellent: great room, friendly people, good location: a place to recommend to all those who visit Tbilisi. In a nutshell, there is nothing wrong about it, so you should really choose it!

I have just returned from 5 nights here and I was very pleased with it. Firstly, the owners son picked me up from the airport at 5 am which saved a lot of trouble dealing with the taxi drivers at the airport. The guest house is situated up a very steep hill, which was not a problem for me but other people may prefer to take a cab as it is a tiring walk up. It takes 6 or 7 minutes to walk down to Rustavelli Avenue. The place itself is in a quiet but safe neighbourhood and is very clean. My room was big enough, with an en-suite bathroom, cable TV a small desk and a place to hang your clothes. The room is cleaned each day, with fresh towels provided. The family are very friendly, and are happy to answer any questions, or give good advice about Tbilisi, if you need it. For the price, it is hard to beat an if I o return to Tbilisi, which I hope to do, I will definitely consider this place.

We only had 2 nights before joining a road trip around Georgia but we were made very welcolm and comfortable. When it came to the morning of departure a taxi coukd not be found so the owner drove 4 of us and a 7 year old to our 20 freinds waiting at the bus. I did not even pay thinking my credit card had allready been billed. I will be sure to remedey that when we return to Tbilisi in a few weeks.

Amazing!

This was our first stay in Georgia and wwe were glad we choose this place. Nice, comfy rooms, very clean. A location, which is near to the center but on the other hand also quiet (which is hard to find in Tbilisi close the the center). Nice balcony (private and shared) with a view over the city. Since they have a roof, you can even sit there and when its raining :-)

Very friendly owners, who explained to us the history of the suroundings and helped us to find restaurants and such. They speak really good German and English. They even kept some of ours stuff for use while we were traveling around the country.

All in all, a great place to stay!

Very welcoming

This was our first stay in Georgia. Nice, comfy rooms. Very clean und close the the center, yet still relatively quiet (which is hard to find in Tbilisi's old town). 

Very friendly and helpful owners. They gave us an introduction about the towns history and helped us with restaurant recommendations and such. The speak German very well. They kept some of our stuff for us while we were traveling the country.

Great start into our Georgia Trip!



Very Welcoming

This is a family-run guest house - relatively simple, but the top benefit for us is that we had the room at the top (1st floor) with its own balcony. Private bathroom just across the hall. The room was a reasonable size, and equipped with everything we needed to use it as a base while we explored the city on foot easily from there. 5 min steep walk to the funicular taking you up mountain. Basic little breakfast provided, which you collect from a table just inside the entrance, and then take up to your room to eat. Owners are friendly and helpful, but not always there ... probably understandable due to it being a family enterprise.
