Even before we checked in, I was favorably impressed with this small, well run hotel. The staff set up a pickup at the airport for us and arranged for an early check in. Since we slept the night before in the Istanbul airport, we were most grateful. We enjoyed everything about this hotel. First our room was super clean with modern fixtures and comfortable beds. Secondly, the location, while a bit away from the city, is right on top of a metro station, and has a taxi stand in front of it so you can get wherever you want very quickly and cheaply. And thirdly, the staff are simply outstanding, always welcoming, smiling and willing to help, even using their app to call taxis for us and walking us down the metro so we could find the actual entrance. They go the extra to assist! We spent four nights here in the apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. It was mostly quiet but definitely not soundproof as you could hear conversations in the room next door and in the hall. And it was strange not to have a dish towel to wipe dishes or any detergent to clean them. These small things would help to make this great hotel even better.
