simple and clean room, good French breakfast, very short connection to main station.
Everything was fine, but air ventilation in room not sufficient for fast drying and fresh air in room.
I can recommend if you are looking for a simple, safe and clean hotel.

Simple, yet clean rooms, nice staff

We only had a one night stay but our experience was excellent from checking in to checking out. Friendly staff and the room and communal areas were spotlessly clean. We were offered a bottle of cold water each on arrival which was welcome on a hot day. Soft towels and toiletries were provided in the room and even though we were at the front of the hotel overlooking the road we didn't hear any noise.

Actually really nice, and friendly staff who let us eat our own food in their cafe. Upgraded at no costs, lovely clean room. Thanks

BEWARE: This hotel will force you to leave your room key EVERYTIME you leave the premises. That is a big no-no for me especially as a solo traveler during this stay. Horrible experience with the French guy (young) during check-in. He didn't speak English nor Spanish and he was bothered that I didn't speak French. He was the rudest French person I encountered from Calais to Paris to Toulouse. When I kindly asked him why I had to leave my key with Google translate, he was visibly irritated and I asked him to please be patient with me because I wanted to understand why I couldn't leave my key. He wrote through Google translate that it was because we were in the area of the train station (right across from the hotel) and because I didn't need it. So I just gave up  on trying to keep my key. There is no safe in the room. The room is so small along with the shower. The water was splashing out and there's only a small shower curtain. There was also construction as early as 8am for which the nice lady at the check in counter (when I checked out) apologized for but it was very loud. And at 6AM I could hear everything the personnel were doing downstairs in the lobby. It was not a good experience at all. And it's heartbreaking because I paid more for this place than my other option because it had better reviews. You will be able to hear anything and everything going on in the other rooms and hallway. There is a place to have some clothes but nothing much offered for storage.

Forced me to leave my room key when not in my room

2 night stay in Toulouse am so pleased to find this place. Airport shuttle leaves you right outside the door. Location is brilliant for walking round the city(or cycling or scooter). It is spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, free wifi with bkfst option. The family who run it are a real bonus and 24hr desk. Perfect.

Very pleasant staff and welcoming very clean and quiet room I highly recommend a pleasant and well-served breakfast with everything available and the very convenient luggage service to visit Toulouse without having your suitcase!

Practical, in front of the train station, well served (bus, metro, bicycle), 10 min walk from the centre, I took a double room for a week's professional stay The room was small but functional and clean The staff is nice and the hotel has a nice central patio

Good price, clean and welcoming

Very good reception. Hotel in front of the train station. Good price compared to others. I took a simple room that was located on the courtyard side. The room is simple but it is largely enough for one night. Products and towels are at your disposal. The bed is nevertheless wide, very comfortable. Even in the room, small details make you feel welcomed. Unlike other hotels made before in Toulouse, I was finally able to sleep because there was no noise (side). I would return there with pleasure. On the other hand, I could not taste breakfast.
