Cecile was a wonderful host who was most welcoming. She could not do enough for us, and made us feel welcome and kindly arranged an alternative room to suit our needs. She also suggested some local restaurants which were all within walking distance. The pool was a great addition and the children loved it

It was a delight to stay in this Hotel Particulier. All the attention to detail made it a very pleasurable experience - the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious. The bedroom had good quality bed linen, was spacious and comfortable. 

We have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

A beautiful house, spotlessly clean and very comfortable.
Huge, super comfortable bed, all the amenities you could possibly need, including lovely, fluffy bathrobes.
The pool area is just sublime and a very nice touch at the end of a hot, summer day. A lovely garden for communal use as well.
Limited parking outside the house but public underground parkings not even 200m away, and you can pull up outside for a short amount of time to unpack the car, if needed.
Note that check in is really as of 5pm.
I’d say the only down sides we could potentially mention were the heat in the one-bedroom house but this is not at all the fault of the house itself, we are just living through a heatwave right now, and the fact that the portable air conditioning unit in place was so loud so you just couldn’t have it on overnight and then the room gets very stuffy.
We didn’t explore the area too much but there are restaurants and shops very close by and the Le Mans 24 Museum is about a 15 mins drive away. 
We’d stay here again if we’re ever the area!

What a house!!!! We have stayed all over the world in 5/6* hotels to boutique hotels/B&B's etc. And NEVER have we stayed anywhere as 'cool' as this & so well presented ... An absolute must .. The decor is absolutely top notch, the owner takes you down in a lift to the basement to the most amazing underground vaulted swimming pool, electronic covers, dim lights, seats.... Wow what I would give to live in a house like this,... Even the table football is amazing :)

We had the private deluxe suite which is its own apartment. 2 levels, with kitchen dining and toilet downstairs. Bathroom, living and bedroom up stairs. It was all very nicely done. The owner was very helpful with things to do and see. Got a great nights sleep in very comfortable bed. Fantastic  underground pool and gym area. the common areas were also modern and good with fusball and pool table. It was only 2 minutes walk form the old town in Le Mans, which was pretty spectacular, especially the grand old cathedral. There was also a great spread for breakfast and the breakfast area was also very spacious with video games and a piano. For the money, I thought it was excellent!

Stayed here with my family last week and what a fantastic place. A family run small hotel with everything you and your family need. We had the small appartment (cottage) which was perfect. Our host Nathalie was also brilliant and tried her very best with her English and was very accommodating. Being in the centre of town it was perfect location and still very quiet at nite. We will defiantly visit again and recommend this hotel to anybody.
