I've been here for almost a year and I've had to move in for my son but right now there's too much disrespect from the strangers who are here because they don't respect the noise schedule and I think if this goes on we're going to have to move in for my child's peace of mind

I've been here almost a year.

Nothing extraordinary, limited in its juice, but clean. The advantage here is that it is a hotel apartment with two plates, fridge, microwave, which allows you to avoid sometimes ruinous PDJs or go to eat at the restaurant every evening.

Convenient hotel and good price ratio

I've had a nice stay, of course the apartment might need some money, but it's functional and well-organized, there's everything you need! Close to the entrance and exit of the freeway, ideal when you have to get to work quickly and Caroline at the reception always greeted me with a smile and sympathy!

pleasant stay

Positive side: we can arrive at any time we just have to go to the entrance gate to settle by CB and then we have the key that falls! hotel at the highway exit super when we make a long road and we just want to sleep one night room small but very clean, the surroundings too, comfortable bed, pillows are less comfortable, parking in front of the room, breakfast possible but I haven't tested the negative side: the noise = we are very close to the highway and the national lot of noise in the morning, schedule the soft balls for the greasy morning succinity in the restaurant room are closed the bathroom around, I have to go to the do mac in the evening!

room for one night

For two nights, we stayed in this hotel in a simple room. In terms of dimensions, the room surface is quite correct. The same goes for the bathroom with shower, small sink and toilet. An effort is made in terms of ecology (or greenwashing?) with foamers and flow reducers on the different faucets. The room still lacks brightness, only two small bedhead applications illuminate the bathroom. The 140 bed is covered with a very good plastic lid that makes a very important noise as soon as the guest turns around. Besides, the sound insulation between the rooms could be improved, we can in fact take advantage of the TV at our neighbor's door! The kitchen countertop and the rest of the hotel are clean, and the bathroom is very clean.

Very bad customer service. The Receptionist couldn't wait for us to get out of our car to check in so she could lock up and leave. The Hotel is between 2 major highways so there is constant noise from high speed cars passing by as well as the noise from the Toll gate outside the window.The Hotel is securely locked to keep to locals out. No Receptionist after 4.00pm, just an after hours number that they won't answer. They advertise WiFi internet access but this didn't work and when we complained they just said they couldn't do anything about it. Our room was very noisy from road traffic and when I asked for an iron they said they didn't have one. When I asked for a discount because of NO internet and NO iron as had been advertised - an iron appeared instantly.Other guests including an elderly couple, with a prior booking, arrived and could not get access to the Hotel because the Reception was closed and no one would answer the after hours telephone number. We helped them by paying for their room on our credit card and them paying us in cash.This is what the Receptionist is paid for.The double Bed was very small, I wouldn't even call it a double. It was a little bit larger then a 3/4 single.DO NOT STAY here, spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.A rating of ONE is too high - it should be zero. This Hotel should be re rate and taken off Hotels.com listing.
