We went to this hotel through our insurance because we had an accident in the evening. We warmly thank the staff of the establishment who made available to us a clean and comfortable family room. At the time of departure the next day, a member of the staff even helped us to go back and forth with our many luggage. We were even served a box while waiting for the loan car. Despite our misadventure, we will retain the caution and kindness of the staff of this hotel.

After our room selection, nothing came, and on the spot we got neither room nor help finding a replacement. Unlike Ibis Styles, who were also booked, but the nice lady at the reception called until she found something for us. Bravo Ibis Styles - Booh on Sanotel!

A refrigerator can be added to store fresh water in hot weather, otherwise the reception will be pleasant, the staff will be welcome, breakfast will be fine, and private parking will be available.

Negatives: decoration to be restored. Bathroom...no blender and little pressure. No shower attachment Positive: secure parking. Very good reception. Very spacious room. Good air conditioning. Good bedding (but bed 140). Garden side, very quiet.

I'm good.

It is a rather nice small provincial hotel. It is somewhat dated but with an interesting price/quality ratio. The location on the banks of the Loire overlooking the castle of Gien is pleasant in the evening and in the morning. The very functional private parking is a +. Many restaurants on the other side of the bridge.

A good address

Hotel probably from the 60s and 70s with a superb location on the banks of the Loire and facing the castle of Anne de Beaujeu. A rather comfortable room with air conditioning (but it's better to remove the couch and not use the climate.!) and a very nice view. It's a shame that there is not much traffic during the day. It's also a pity for the lack of storage. A nice staircase to the room but the carpet would need to be changed. One of the positive points of the health crisis is the return to the classic breakfast at an acceptable price: more buffet with a plethora of products that we don't use but at an exaggerated price.

Hotel facing the Loire and the castle

Very warm reception. Very pleasant geographical location with a view of the lounge. Excellent quality of the bed and facilities. Excellent price/quality ratio. Breakfast or not possible.

An Unforgettable Marriage

In our room, not a big bed but twin beds. We asked to be changed but more disposal. We found in our room: pretty dirty walls a blanket with suspicious tasks. No electric socket to plug in a phone, a computer, the sole sockets are that of the TV or in the entrance to the bathroom, none even in the bathroom. An electric bathroom service in the room, why not remove it and have a bathroom.

Cruel lack of renovation and maintenance

Beautiful view of the Loire River, hotel near the city, walking distance with convenient closed parking, proper lunch, quiet hotel, good staff accommodation and the most interesting fare.

A beautiful view of the lake

The hotel is not very young and the rooms are not air-conditioned. But the bosses are very welcoming, there is a large parking lot and even closed for bicycles.
