great atmosphere, great pool, friendly staff, affordable prices and an amazing view. i’ve come here basically every year for the pool and restaurant since i’ve been small and never been let down. it’s also the biggest / my favorite pool in both nov and star dojran 

Small nice hotel, friendly staff, food is good and fresh. The pool is not very small and in weekends is only for the hotel guests. The rooms are with pool view. It is not expensive. I would recommend it.

Small family hotel at the Lake Dojran. It offers nice rooms with view of the hotel pool which can be crowd in the summer time because its open for the public. The service is on high level and the food is always fresh and very good.

We stayed here for one night on the way to Greece.
Room smelled, AC was not working, balcony door could not be closed, balcony was filthy.
Breakfast was nothing special. Pool area is ok, although small and crowded. 
Good only for one night, I would hate to stay here for longer.

Not for more than one night

As soon as we walked in the small hotel, we noticed that there was no elevator, so we had to drag our heavy bags up the stairs. When we walked in our rooms, we noticed the rips and burns on the bed sheets. Later on that day, my friend cut her arms multiple times on some wire on the balcony fence. The breakfast wasn't the best one I've had. The room wasn't really clean and pleasant, it gave me the chills. It would be okay for one night, but not for a week or so.

You get what you paid for

Everything is more expensive than stated. They got our order wrong. We waited 2 hours for the food. The waiter was arrogant. After confronting them about the difference in the prices from the menu he just said. The menu is and old menu. Terrible experience.

The worst experience with a restaurant in my life. The prices on the menu are not correct everything is more expensive.

Terrible and very slow service. We’ve been waiting for half an hour for our order, and beside that the waiters were rude! 

We order one thing they bring us something else.

Terrible restaurant. 
The service is extremely slow. 2 and a half hours lost for a simple salad.
At the end, when the check came, the prices were way higher than the ones on the menu.
When we asked the waiter about it, he told us that the menu is old and that we need to pay the full amount on the check.
We were supposed to pay 1760mkd, but instead we paid 2240mkd.
Total rip off.

Waste of time and money

Awful!!! We were there for lunch. Service was  too slow and we were waiting for the order half and our. Also the waiter has no manners and is rude to the guests. I don't recommend that place to visit to no one.

Terrible

We stayed here for one night in August. We were a group of twelve and all stayed in family rooms. The rooms were terrible, stained sheets that were also ripped, bedrooms and walls were filthy, the room smelt of sewage, there were holes in the wall, air con didn’t work, the rooms were generally disgustingly dirty and smelly. In one of the rooms there was an ant infestation in the bathroom! The pool had lots of broken tiles, which was quite dangerous as anyone could cut themselves.
luckily we only had to stay one night (no other rooms nearby and we had a christening to attend). The breakfast was also not very nice with rotten fruits on the table for the customers. None of us ate, not even the children. We left early and when we complained, we were told by reception staff that she was aware of the state of the rooms and would pass out concerns on!
Never again!!!
