205 reviewsThe perfect holiday. No complaints can be made about the quality of the facility and its cleanliness. But the truly ideal atmosphere here is created by the people. I have never encountered such courtesy and professionalism. The gentlemen in charge of the beach bar (Mohamed Ibrahem & Mohamed Mamduh) do everything to make you feel comfortable. Great drinks, sincere helpfulness, you won't meet such service in Europe. The bar itself has enough seats that it's not crowded and the view of the sea is breathtaking until you don't want to go back. Another mood enhancer every day is the gentleman in charge of the rooms (Tarek), perfect cleanliness and we always found towels in the room arranged in an artistic way (swans are everywhere, but a turtle and a monkey made of towels I have not seen yet...). The souvenir and spice shops are great, quality and price you won't find in Port Ghalib or Luxor. An ideal hotel for a quiet holiday.
