Hayat Pyramids View Hotel

Stayed 2-5 June 2025. Due to the mixed reviews we’ve seen we didn’t know what to expect from this hotel however we loved every moment here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at every turn. Sam and Sara were names that stood out for great service. The room was clean and plenty big enough for us. Yes, it’s true to say that it’s not 5 star but time spent in the room has to be minimal when you have a restaurant terrace with the best view we have ever seen from a hotel. As soon as you step out the hotel door onto the terrace you are amazed every time when you see the pristine pyramids and complex only a stones throw away. I simply can’t overstate how amazing the view was. We don’t normally eat in hotels but we did here. We happily sat for hours staring at this world heritage site in wonder. With the staff being so helpful and friendly it was just a huge bonus. Sara really looked after us on the terrace. The only negative I have is that after a very long flight and arriving in the early hours of the morning absolutely shattered we were sat down by a staff member who tried to get us to cancel our pre-booked excursions so that we could book his instead. Totally unnecessary but he did stop when we asked so no big deal really. I would recommend this hotel but don’t expect 5 star luxury in the room because the terrace view is what you’re staying here for and that is definitely 5 stars.
