We just finished our best family vacation at the Melia Caribe Punta Cana (two kids ages 6 and 13) We stayed in a two bedroom level suite. Jesus Emanuel was our concierge and he was amazing. He made sure we were booked into all of the restaurants, sent us a daily activity list, and made sure that everything was perfect for our family vacation. We have never wanted to go back to the same resort before heading to the Melia. We usually like to try new places but we now we want to return for sure! I would recommend this hotel and Jesus to everyone I know. Thank you Jesus, and we will back for another visit (soon we hope:).
