3 reviewsThe previous review summed it up in a nutshell. This was my first visit to D.R. and therefore Playa Sosua. Upon arrival into the area I was a bit concerned for safety but it was dark and I was tired from the long day of traveling. After a nights sleep and when the sun came up I realized how beautiful the Condos Dominicanos really is. A second floor view right over the pool added to the beauty of the courtyard. Then after a walk along the main strip I discovered how friendly the natives are. A good plate of food can cost 200 to 250 pesos at best. That is about $4 - $6 U.S. I plan to return there and I don't want to wait too long because I seemed to have left a part of me there. I will be back and now with a clear understanding of where I am going and what there is to do. There's more to it than meets the eyes as well. Just have to talk to the locals and find out.
