Stayed six nights in Room 108.  Large room with lots of light.  Bathroom:  windows great for natural light, night lighting excellent with down lights,  toiletries except Kleenex tissues, shower small but useable—good water flow & fixtures, careful not to wet floor as no barrier.  Room:  good bedside lighting, two twin beds which are soft but comfortable.  Good wi-fi.  Desk, chair, sofa.  Front desk:  friendly, helpful.  Restaurant:  great breakfast, dinner good.  Friendly service.
Close to center of town and restaurants.  Parking available.  We enjoyed our stay.

Best in Haderslev

Our Danish friend took us here for dinner 20 Jun 2018. The tables are well appointed and the waitstaff professional. There are two parts to the Harmonien Restaurant: old and new. We sat in the old part. Both old and new have a nice vibe with the old part maybe more romantic. The food is fabulous. I sampled the carpaccio and asparagus with prosciutto appetizers. Great taste and great presentation. For the main course I ordered the wienerschnitzel. Also very tasty. I’ve tried a few restaurants here in Haderslev and this ranks in my top two. 

Treat for the eyes and tastebuds!

This is a historic hotel right in town, just off the walking zone. There is parking in the rear of the hotel. It is very quiet at night. The rooms are simple but comfortable. The breakfast offered an excellent choice of breads, meats, cheeses jams and the other mainstays of the Danish breakfast. For dinner, there is a fancy restaurant and a more casual resto. We chose the latter and were pleased with the meal. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Wifi worked fine. There seemed to be no elevator, so that might be a concern for some visitors. This is a real hotel, by the way. I have no idea why Trip Advisor classes it as a B&B.

Enjoyed our stay

An interesting hotel for its decoration and its restaurant.The room is very spacious but both the bathroom and the bed are frankly upgradable.We dine very well on the menu, the fish is highly recommended as well as the desserts which as you can see in the photo is too much for one alone.The price of the room with breakfast was 700 marks, about 85 euros.

An original hotel.

Really great, vintage looking hotel. The staff is really amazing and willing to help you with anything. Breakfast and dinner is awesome, big choices and great flavours. The rooms are nice and clean and most important , you feel like home. 

Nice and warm

Hotel in the town of Haderslev which has a long apparently impressive history but currently we were a bit disappointed. We travel by bicycle at least 4,000 km/ year in Europe with focus on Denmark, Holland, Germany,Austria and Italy . Have booked hotels, B&B's, ZimmerFrei's, and Guesthouse's in at least a hundred + villages, towns and cities and this hotel was initially one of the least friendly facilities that we had stayed in . However, the staff after a short time really warmed up and were frankly quite helpful and friendly . They tolerated our massacre of the Danish language with a smile and some pointers. 
The rooms are guite small which was fine, they are clean and the bathroom is also clean with rather interesting shower facility that allows water to cover the entire bathroom floor if the shower drain is slow . Bathroom floor needed a little more attention to cleaning .
Our biggest complaint was the lack of secure bike storage and the initial apparent disinterest of the desk staff to understand our concern . This , all in light of the fact that this is one of the most bike friendly countries in the world and this hotel is one of the more expensive facilities in the area. 
On site restaurant was nice with reasonable price point for dinner in Denmark. Breakfast was good with multiple choices .
The manager and all service staff was helpful , cheery and after our first short negative encounter I would give them very high marks . Major fault was lack of secure bike storage in a big town and the bathroom floor could have used a bit more cleaning attention . 

Old hotel but not so good hotel

I stayed one night at Harmonien Hotel, It is situated close to the shopping streets, the City Hall, and the bus station in Haderslev. The room was all right with free WIFI, TV-set etc. The room was clean, the bed a bit too soft for my taste. The bath room could need an update, though. The floor got very slippery when wet since it was covered with linoleum. In fact I slipped after a shower and was quite lucky not to hurt myself as I fell into a radiator. I would recommend to place a rubber mat on the bath room floor or even better a new floor. In the same building as the hotel there is a small theater and two restaurants. You can e.g. buy a traditional tasty Danish meal for a very reasonable price. The breakfast was great, the staff were friendly.

After a small room change (the underfloor heating in the bathroom did not work properly in the dog room) - afterwards everything was excellent. It is so typical of Daenemark: the gentleness - the quietness, the kindness, the cleanliness - but always to keep an eye on the guest and take care of his well-being - simply  hyggelig  - we love it. The very tasty - good, fresh ingredients from the cake! Beautiful - clean food and a great, unobtrusive (!!) but human service - first class. I have to express a simple compliment. This is a complimentary compliment to Daenemark.

Nice hotel.

For a business trip, it was good and cheap. Unfortunately, the entrance to the hotel was blocked because of road work. But in the backyard there are enough parking spaces. My room was on the ground floor to the street. If you opened the window, first of all, everyone could look in, and secondly, some noise from the street was inevitable. The hotel has three very nice restaurants (classic, normal and modern), the kitchen and the wine recommendation were excellent. A check-out after 11:30 was not possible. But I was well provided with coffee and electricity for my laptop in the restaurant late.

Good location, friendly service of small room on the ground floor

A very beautiful, stylish and well-preserved house in the middle of the town of Haderslev (Hadersleben). The rooms are well furnished (large double room) and reasonably large. We had a balcony to it. Parking lots are available in the courtyard. From here you need 1 minute to the pedestrian zone (Storegade). You do not need a car to explore the city here, but you should rather leave it in the hotel parking lot. A recommended house!
