Perfect choice if you want some rest and relaxation. Not so far from the promenade, but close enought :)
There is pool, massages (great exotic massages in their saloon) and good food. You can choose from few options. I would recommend it for calm vacation.

Nice and helpful personnel
Plenty of tasty food, vegetables, fruits, variable choice
Indoor water relaxation centre- pool and whirpool with saunas- are comfortable and well managed
A doctor and spa treatments helped me very much to relax and to harmonize my health
Actually I had a standard room in Pernstyn building which is interconnected with the main building Vila Antoaneta. 
The room was ok with a nice nature view,  large enough for one person, being in the attic would probably not be comfortable for a higher person (up to cca 175-180 cm is okay)
A bit hard bed
The bathroom reconstruction had many imperfections (functionality was 100%)
My children would miss some indoor place for playing
There is a playground in the garden
The hotel is situated in a quiet street some 15 min of a pleasant walk from the spa center
No markets or reaturants in close neighbourhood
Free parking on two places- 100m and cca 300m from the hotel
You can easily find touristic or "spa" paths to the nature
Perfect place  for a solo- or couple escape

Situated in a quiet area yet close to the town centre and just in a 3-minute walking distance from the spa colonnade. A small hotel with a family atmosphere, very good reception services, excellent cuisine and wellness centre. Rooms are relatively small, well-equiped, but the storage space large enough thanks to big wardrobes in the hall. Due to the fact that the hotel  is a "baby-friendly" facility don´t arrive in the peak sason - the restaurant is usually too noisy, but if you have your own kids you will feel welcome ( special service, meals, toys, seats etc. ). Unfortunately we missed a café or restaurant open the whole day long, not only at the time of main meals.

Good value for good price

Lovely place to stay

The accommodation is fine, one sleeps great in such a quiet area. The hotel had excellent reception services, the meals were nice too, and the wellness center fine. However, the procedure planning is quite bad - we experienced two diferent procedures being timed for the same slot, unbelievable procedure overload (4 procedures) scheduled for one day and only one for another (and that was not Sunday!), and also more people gathering for their scheduled baths that there were bathtubs. The staff then sorted this out, but the person scheduling procedures should be reassigned. The hotel is just few minutes to the spa parks and springs, and good value for money.
