We stayed for 3 nights and were happy overall. The staff (mostly Ukrainian) were very helpful and friendly, and easily the best thing about the hotel. The rooms are ok, very basic, but for the low price I was satisfied. The food was tasty enough, but you only have 3 choices of evening meal. The bar was nice, and the drinks reasonably priced. The pool and saunas are small, and I think if the hotel is full you may struggle to use the spa facilities as much as you would like to. For the price we paid, I was happy overall. The staff are a credit to the hotel and made the stay enjoyable.
