Rosa Pension’s staff was kind and very accommodating. Stayed with two friends for one night and the attic room was perfect for us. Cozy and clean. The free breakfast was satisfying. Our stay was super affordable and very comfortable. Definitely will be coming back to stay here next time we’re in Cesky Krumlov!

A very good situated pension. The bedrooms were clean and tiday and the bathroom was great. The breakfast was the best we had on our trip through France, Germany and Czech Republic.Only a few hundred yards form the old town. A secure car park as well and on top of all of this, great sevice from the staff and the cheapest night we had on our trip. Book now for a great visit.

There were three of us and two dogs, so accommodation was a challenge, especially on a budget. We found this pension to be a great deal. The room had three beds, lots of room, several windows for air flow and was clean. 

A small bathroom was also clean and the only slight complaint were towels that had seen better days. Time to retire those towels. Also, with such a tiny bathroom, several hooks and maybe a shelf would be a great addition. None of this was a big problem and would not keep us from using this pension again. 

Breakfast was included and was very generous.  When I indicated I do not eat meat, the host offfered to make me a plate of cheeses instead of meat, cheese and egg. There was yogurt, breads and buns, plenty of food and good coffee to start the day.

Service was excellent. The man that checked us in and was often in the breakfast room and on the desk was great. I am so sorry, his name has escaped me.  All the staff we encountered were great, very helpful and very patient with tourists struggling with communication. 

I would return.

My spouse found this place and picked it for the location and price. We have a family of six and needed two rooms. For one night the two rooms were 100€ together, which is what we sought. 

Location was perfect and easy to find. Parking was available in the manor yard and was included. We walked all over town and found it to just the right start and stop location for a walking tour. 

It’s not a luxury place but it is clean and the staff was real polite. WiFi was fantastic.

Great place to stay

Great bargain in a pricey town

Great budget pension and location

A small, nice pension with friendly staff. A" big" plus: the parking-space in the inner courtyard. 
There is also 1 room for disabled people.
A good advice: I would no longer live in one of the rooms in the converted attic, because the walls between the rooms are thin and "clairaudient", so our night was short....
Breakfast is sufficient and satisfying.

Close to the centre!

Pension Rosa has free onsite parking, and the manager had to help direct us into the tight spot.  We walked to all of the sites we visited in Cesky Krumlov, which is an interesting town to visit.  The breakfast buffet was ample and tasty.  The room was clean, basic... just fine for our one night.  The manager was helpful and offered us flexibility for our schedule.  If possible, get a room facing away from the street since it was noisy at night.

It worked for us

WE love the atmosphere of Cesky Krumlov, which is great in summers as well as in winters. The mood of the town few days before the Christmas was very romantic. And the snows added the magic to our stay. We have chosen the working days for the visit,what showed us to be a good idea because there were no crowds of tourists. Pension Rosa is located about five minuted of walk from the main squate in the town, you just cross the river and pass two streets.  Room was rather small, simply equipped, but we have all we needed. Added value was free parking in the yard and the breakfast served in the ground floor of the pension. All for really friendly price.

Just few steps from the centre of  one of the most beautiful towns on the world

Location was perfect, breakfast good. They let us park after check out for couple more hours in the parking.

Room was small, as was the window. It could not be open fully, so we didint have fresh air in. I would use extra shelf in bathroom to put my stuff somewhere.

Regular cheap hotel with great location

In our (clean and well renovated!!) attic room there were two places where you could put down your bag, blocking the bathroom door or blocking the entrance door. The bed under the eves was not accessible, more than half the room was not standing height.
