Stayed here for one night only, not because it was bad but we were only looking for one night night in Nicosia as a break away from the coast.
It fitted the bill just nice, step out of the door and your literally in the cafe/bar area of Nicosia old town. Perfectly located for our needs and the room was reasonably priced with air con and ensuite included.

The location of the apparments is in the center of old Nicosia, which has many places to go around..Rooms are clean and comfortable and recently they where refurbished.. Just like the pictures on the TripAdvisor 
The disadvantages are :1) the small bathroom 2) the noisy neighborhood because of the night life, 3) no elevator ecistance

One night only

Good but noisy 

The location is great right in the heart of this vibrant, cosmopolitan city.  Check in was simple we were taken up to our room the bathroom was tiny but clean the bedroom was also clean, the bed mattress was rubbish you could feel the springs! we stayed for 2 nights the sleep quality was not good (still a good price for a budget hotel) it did not spoil our time in this divided city. There was insufficient hot water so showers were cold not nice! When we complained we were advised that there was a problem with the electrics.

 Lots of great food places and abundant bars and coffee shops.  Went to a quaint tea shop which was in the middle of the hustle bustle of the centre so unassuming, a great find :-).

Old Nicosia was great all major attractions nearby. Had a great time, highly recommended so much to do at night time after dinner lots of shisha cafes, very nice ambiance we had great night outs and the people were lovely and friendly.

Good Location

We had a double room on the 2nd floor. The concierge was the only good thing about the place! She was lovely.  However biggest issue was no bedside lamps, only very bright overhead bulb. No curtains, just wooden shutters. No water glasses. Three pillows. Pathetic shower which fell off the rail, and virtually no pressure, toilet so close to the wall my knees touched it - and I’m only 5’ 2”. 
The double bed was so low it felt more like a futon. Great fun negotiating to the bathroom in the dark. 
It’s in a great location but I wouldn’t use it again. 

You get what you pay for!

I'm Tom from Poland, in Tony's I've stayed for 1 night with my girlfriend. B7B is located directly in the Old Town, however the standard is very very poor. We got a room for 40 euro, it's the average price in Tony's. The bathroom was ugly, dirty with a fungus on the walls and floor, the shower was so dirty and unfresh that we were afraid to enter it, so we actually didn't take a shower, and trust me, I am not aristocrat, just an average person. In the bedroom, carpet hasn't been cleaned for ages! there was an air condition and tv. Bed was clean, however the bedding was very old. We meant to to stay there for 2 nights, however we  escaped after one night. We found better one - a DELPHI HOTEL, far far far far more clean (Philipinian girls clean for a whole day) in the Solonos Squere (If you will go out from the bus you will see). the price was 45 euro, and it was worth to pay 5 euro more, and it's still one of the cheapest one in Nicosia. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TONY'S B&B!!

Do not stay there...

Room appeared clean. However there were stains on the sheets.  I woke up in the middle of the night night due to noise from the street and was horrified to see. cockroaches scampering across the floor. I would not stay there again.
