We stayed here as we were struggling to find availability on a Saturday night before our flight back. We changed from a far more luxurious (and expensive!) hotel not to far away just for our last night. But we were pleasantly surprised! The staff were great at communicating via Whatsapp, the room was large, with a fridge and lots of storage, the bathroom, whilst shared, was kept clean. The wifi and aircon also worked great which was important given we had to organise our trip the following day. The location is also excellent to get around the central area of Split. So whilst not the most luxurious, for the price and location we were pleased!
